Has to be the laziest employees I've ever encountered I…read morebought tires online as instructed by the store manager Who is helpful in every way possible I went up to the store early in the morning when no one was there and the people working at the time were giving me every reason possible as to why they couldn't install the tires after the store manager had already told me that they could do it. first the tires weren't there which I knew they were cause I had spoke to the manager the day before then, the rims were to big so I left came back the next day and there wasn't one customer there it was empty but there was 3 employees and again they couldn't do it because they were short staffed it only takes one person to install tires and the 3 employees that were there couldn't do it I explained that I had been waiting for a week for the tires and that I was there the day before and the kid that was there just told me that they weren't going to do the installation he just shrugged his shoulders as if he didn't care and told me they were short staff and we're gonna close down early at 5 it was 3:30 it seems like the only time things get done is when the store manager is there

The first time I was third in line for an oil change and was there almost 3 hours. The second and last time I'll ever go there, I was first and still took over an hour. I was told 30 minutes BTW. Second thing, after speaking with the technicians, I am not very confident in their ability to work on my vehicle. The guy asked what kind of oil I wanted and I told him. It completely screwed the guy up because the oil I wanted was in the store on the shelf instead of one of the box oils they keep in the service center. He rambled on for 3 minuets and finally I just changed my oil preference so he wouldn't be confused anymore. Unfortunately I only have Sundays off so this is my only option for service. I will never come to this place again, I will drive as far as I need to for a different place. For the record, I'd do my own service but the RV park I'm currently staying in prohibits any kind of vehicle maintenance.

I called and spoke to Gabe in their service department and he was super understanding and had their main guy help us out with our window. They had helped us out super fast and even got to talk to him about California and how everything has changed. I can't for the life of me remember the name of their mechanic but super friendly and overall amazing staff.

Well, Robert, the individual who runs the rental office goes ahead and tells me that I'm too much trouble for him and that I don't seem like the kind of person who he wants to rent to. Mind you, I had not used profanity, condescension, and our conversation was over the phone. I know that it's within reason for him to rent to whomever he wants, but being incredibly rude to someone who did nothing but show genuine interest in your product and respect when speaking to you is beyond unprofessional. I've since heard that I'm not the first to have been treated this way. So far this is a first in a town that is known to be friendly and welcoming.
