I spent $157.50 at 2nd Repairer and another $107.50 at the 3rd Repairer {i now even have doubts about whether or not other of the repairs were necessary} which he has refused to reimburse me for and i reckon that his team forgot to spray the terminal with a good quality oxidation retardant after replacing it. This does not reimburse me for all of my time wasted traveling back and forth including bus rides and waiting in his office.

Every time I have a flat and need a tire repair, they've always gotten me in right away and gotten it fixed immediately. Sometimes at no-charge even! My most recent experience was today. On Saturday I got a flat tire in Madden, AB and had to get AMA to come change my tire. I tried to get into Canadian Tire to have them fix it, and they told me the hole was "Too big for the plug" and that I needed to buy a new tire. And they were going to charge me a fortune for it because I have 17" low-profile tires. I took it in to Don this morning and he had a look at it and was able to fix it. I ALWAYS recommend OK tire to my friends and colleagues when they ask me where a good place to buy tires is. Even if they live in Calgary, the quality of service is well worth it.

The next morning, my husband Peter was loading our car and found one of the emblems from the center of the wheel sitting in the back of the car. The emblem was cracked and there was a crack in the center on our passenger rear wheel. Driving soon after, that particular tire reading in the car dashboard would disappear then reappear off and on. My husband called Kal-Tire that morning to let them know about the wheel and sensor. I took a photo of our car dashboard with no tire pressure reading for that tire. November 13, my husband called again. The girl on the phone didn't understand the difference between the tire and wheel, and kept wanting to book an appointment for us for new tires. My husband finally asked if we should bring our car in and she agreed that we should. I took the car back to Kal-Tire that afternoon. A woman, who was unfriendly and difficult, looked at the wheel and suggested that I just found the emblem in the back of my car, that it had been in the back of our car a while. I said no. I reminded her of the sensor issue. She took our name and info and said the manager would call. He didn't. We called again on November 14, and talked with Jacob, a young guy, who was much more helpful. He explained that the damage was not noted in our file on the computer, but it was noted in the printed notes. Jacob suggested taking the car to our car dealership for a new cap and emblem, and we would be reimbursed for new center cap, emblem, and work needed. I called our dealership, ordered the emblem, waited a few days, and picked it up November 19. Immediately afterward, I called Kal-Tire to book an appointment - I was put on hold. After 9 minutes, I hung up and drove to Kal-Tire. After waiting to be seen and for an employee to check our sensor, he came to tell me that it isn't going to read because it does not have a sensor (it does). Another employee looked at it a second time only to give me the same information. I showed them the photo I took of our tire reading on the dashboard. After not listening to me, I suggested that they call my husband. After talking with him, they booked yet another appointment to bring the car back and have the sensor fixed. November 25, our wheel and sensor were finally fixed properly. When I asked for a printed receipt, the woman (same woman who helped me before), handed it to me and said "No proof that it was us that broke it but we fixed it for you anyway." Horrible customer service. We won't be going back.

Arrived back on site & my car was still in the same spot. They had not even started the change over... then rushed my tire change over (did receive a % of for trouble) Got home & they only changed 3 out of the 4 tires. Got ahold of closer Kaltire & they got me in directly & then also told tires were not balanced either. Went back the next day & demanded my $ back was given it, as I had documentation & photo's to prove. Would not go back to this Location Found out they had new management they need to fix many issues at this location

They just fix what we need or ask for. Never had an issue with their workmanship or customer service. They have done vehicle inspections on our used vehicles. Rotated tires. Replaced brakes and rotors. Electrical issues and broken A/C. We have had every issue and they have fixed it for a decent price! We buy a lot of used vehicles which is why we are always here. They have done everything from steering rack replacement and brake jobs to installing an RV trailer package on my old pickup truck. They seem to be equally good with mechanical and electrical issues. They also stand behind their work. If something doesn't come out right the first time, they fix it without quibbling about extra charges. Recently had driven to southern B.C. with my campervan with all the mountain driving and using the…read morebrakes often when I got to Calgary I took my van to get it looked at Crowfoot minute-tune& brakes - crowfoot and they recommended to get rear brakes and replace front calipers, fair enough, got the job done, paid for the brake job which was higher cost than other places and went to get in ,van noticed my hub caps missing and went to talk to Marty , service manager, where is my hubcaps, he looked in car bay and could not find them and said are you sure you had 4 hubcaps, yes I drove all of southern B.C and I had 4 hubcaps and had them when I dropped off van to get brake service, he said I will talk to owner of shop, 5 weeks went by of which every week I would drop by to see if I could get compensation for replacing hubcaps, finally finding new hubcaps and giving receipt to Marty of $55 and again he said I would talk to owner 4 days later going to see Marty he said he talked to owner and he said no way he would pay for the hubcaps, very petty for such a small amount and I would never recommend any body to deal with this shop
