Got a tow to Hillsboro, nearest town, only to find that the RV place didn't work on engines, and the big Chevy place didn't want to work on RV's. Our tow guy, Bryan, at T&G Towing--new BFF--called Auto Tech, a few miles away. They squeezed us in, literally, made the diagnosis--alternator/AC compressor/belt--put other work aside, scrambled for parts, didn't mind working half in, half out of the service bay, and got us out of there in under four hours. And charged a very reasonable price! Did all that we needed done, professionally and competently, nice waiting area, friendly--really saved our butts. They towed it charged me for a new battery which I already just bought some labor and whatnot I'm $180 I pay that 3 months later after many different and diagnosis I finally told him I wanted the car back they weren't working on it it was just sitting there and I need my car. After 3 months no work had been done to the car at all but he told me to fix things they did not they left my keys in the car hood unlatched for anybody and everybody to do whatever to and no regard for my property. I received the car back after locking it and taking my keys they unlocked it somehow and told it back here without my permission and the car was received and worse shape and I gave it to them in and in more pieces we left the intake off in several pieces just in the trunk just didn't care so it's been a long haul I would not advise anyone to go there in my opinion they are trying to take advantage of people that may or may not know what they actually need what work may or may not have been done. I was I too taking advantage of and left in the dark about my own vehicle for 3 months. I don't know what mechanic in the world keeps your car for 3 months and doesn't even fix anything repeatedly I'd gone into the shop repeatedly asking what was going on nobody ever knew and lots of lies and manipulation save yourself some trouble and don't go there. However, once I drove it (a Buick Enclave), I knew I was taking it home. There were a few issues but Steve Haag, the general manager, ensured they were fixed before I took the car home. One of the things I found that impressed me was the friendliness of everyone I encountered at the dealership; something I didn't experience anywhere else. Offering to lower the bill to half and then revoking that offer due to questions being asked is a very poor business practice. When getting the ok from the vehicle owner to pay the bill, I was rudely informed that I now have to pay the bill in full and the half is off the table. They also informed me that they are only going to accept cash and we are not able to pay credit cards because it is their business and they can do what they want (their words exactly). I forgot to add that when trying to pay the half, I was told by the daughter to "get the fuck out of my store" all while she is screaming at me and threatening to call the cops (which did not happen). Will not be doing any business here in the future and I hope the reviews are taken into consideration when you are looking for a dealership!

I would definitely not go here if you're looking for a reliable vehicle. The 2013 Chevrolet Cruze I…read moregot from them on October 30th was assured to be a good vehicle even with high mileage. I accepted because I was told this was the only vehicle I could get on the lot and that all the others were sold or I couldn't finance (my credit was brand new). Two days after driving the vehicle, it broke down completely and had to be towed back to the shop. They gave me a different car to drive for a couple days until they fixed the Cruze and gave it back, but then the next week it broke down again. They gave me a different vehicle to drive and then days later showed up at my house with the Cruze and took the car I had been driving (fine, because I was told the Cruze was fixed). At this point, I had to fill my coolant every day sometimes twice a day, even after they said they had fixed the leak. About a month later, it broke down again and had to be towed. They called me the next day and asked what was wrong with it (I'm not a mechanic, they should've known). They kept the vehicle for two, almost three weeks. When I got it back they told me they had fixed multiple problems, including the cracked head gasket. After getting the vehicle back, it had no heat and no coolant and my tire pressure in my back passenger tire was 8 pounds. I figured they would be generous enough to fill my tires, at least? The vehicle currently still has a persistent coolant leak and a cracked head gasket. I was told they "felt sorry" for my situation and that's why I was offered vehicles when the Cruze was broken down, but when they had it for two weeks I asked for a loaner and they refused. I missed doctor appointments and almost got fired from my job because they refused to help me. They told me I was supposed to be charged with a $250 deductible but since they felt sorry for me they didn't charge me, I'm glad I wasn't charged since the car wasn't actually fixed. Also, you can catch them in MANY lies. Josh Gallimore will say a car is sold, but then it will sit on his lot for 2 months. He told me I could trade the Cruze in after 21 days since it kept breaking down and after 21 days I went in and he told me all the cars on his lot were sold and to come back before my 90 days was up. I called consistently and he still never had a vehicle for me to trade. I asked him to take the Cruze back and cancel the loan, but that's not possible I guess. I know several people who have gotten a vehicle from here that's unreliable and then they charge them way too much or not fix their vehicle. Absolutely unprofessional. They will also argue with you on Facebook. I have screenshots of when Josh's mother commented on my Facebook post and admits they gave my car back without putting all the parts on it. Definitely DO NOT recommended. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
