It's 15 sec. of practicing your form, then 15 sec. at high speed, back to 15 sec. at a slower pace to improve technique, and you pick up the pace for another 15 sec. Phew! One minute into it, go for another min. alternating. The bells rings twice -- time for the next 'station'. Just 15 sec., so move quickly : ). ... before you know it, your standing before "Bob" and it's your final round. Ding! Ding! You are done! You've worked up a sweat (or not, pace yourself : ). Owner Fernanda (or Amber) is on the floor, encouraging, instructing, motivating. It's time efficient (45 min. 3/week, including cool-down stretching).
