Just 15 sec., so move quickly : ). ... before you know it, your standing before "Bob" and it's your final round. Ding! Ding! You are done! You've worked up a sweat (or not, pace yourself : ). Owner Fernanda (or Amber) is on the floor, encouraging, instructing, motivating. It's time efficient (45 min. 3/week, including cool-down stretching).
