At 5:51 the 'taxi' a dirty poorly services prius pulled up, as I entered the car the stench and middle eastern music assaulted my senses. He then asked where I was going, curious since I had already booked this trip. i told him where and emphasized that I needed to be there at 6 or face a 100 dollar penalty. He then began SCREAMING AT ME, 'I am not slave' 'you people treat me like slave' (by you people I assume that he is reference to the fact my ethnic herritage is Korean) ' You do not know how traffic works!' I agreed with him and stated that he is right, I do not know how traffic works and that this is why I am paying for his service, and that if it was such an issue that he should not have accepted the fare. he then proceeded to scream, ' Look at traffic, what you want to do now?!?!' Once again, (by this time I am also yelling) I said this is not my problem, I called early to make sure that I would not be late, I was told that it would not take 30 min and had my time changed. he then took an alternate route (longer) and I said that I was not going to pay for the extra distance that he was attempting to bill me. He proceeded to pull over 3 miles from my place of origin and told me to get out, obviously I said no and he told me that he would make me. childish and violent. i told him take me back that I was not going to pay for any of this. when we returned (screaming all the way back, I was too so I had some blame in this) when we pulled up he called the police stating that I was threatening him and that I could possibly have a weapon or I could be a weapons dealer. The police were dispatched and I had to make a statement. another quick fyi. while this was going on I called the business line to complain to the manager, the phone began to ring in the front seat. when I called another number posted in the car it ALSO began ringing. there were at least 4 phones and 3 different 'company names' all attached to what appeared to be burner phones. If you like to miss appointments, yelled at, and threatened then call. If not I suggest you look somewhere else

Then I called for a cab, and the dispatcher said it will arrive in 30 minutes, but it showed up after 5 minutes. it didn't even take that long to arrive. I was so grateful to the cab-driver, Rahul, for his generosity and kindness.Thank you Rahul, I securely got home safe and sound. I might have gotten into a car-wreck if I've taken a ride with my drunken driver at home, but your arrival on time gave me a peace of mind.

He did not offer to help me with the bag. Fortunately, I was able to deal with the bag. It just gave me a bad impression of Oklahoma. I don't think all taxi drivers are like him. I was tired and hungry. He did drop me off to my hotel. I know how it is to be working person. I tipped him anyway.

Our captain Marcus had a great sense of humor and had historical knowledge about Bricktown that we never would have known. I definitely recommend finding a seat under the tarp, it was comfortable there. The sun was beating down pretty hard and I think I would have gotten a sunburn if I hadn't of been under the shaded seats. The whole process from getting the tickets to getting off the boat was very smooth and easy. We paid $15 for a 45 min. Boat ride. Worth every penny! You can also bring your drinks aboard, which is nice.

Our tour guide, Anitta, was great! She was very fun and shared great tid bits of history and info. We went at 4:30 on a Saturday and our ride was perfect - not too packed as compared to other times. I definitely would recommend purchasing a ticket, at minimum, a couple hours or even days prior to going. I could see this being much more popular in warmer months. It was already very popular at the beginning of April on a colder day. Overall, if you are checking out the Bricktown area and want a fun activity to do, check out the water taxi! it's only 30 minutes and you get to see the whole area and then some!

He knew where all the slow traffic areas were and avoided them if necessary. He arrived at my location quickly and got to the airport quickly. I couldn't have asked for better service. The cab was in generally good condition and it was clean. I'd call them again if I ever needed a cab in OKC.

As I get into the taxi the smell of body odor almost overtook me. I shut the door and attempted to crack the window but it didn't work. The driver needed a hair cut and talked on the cell phone the entire time. I'm surprised I made my flight on time seeming as how he didn't take any shortcuts and stayed in bumper to bumper traffic for a goo 45 minutes. When we arrived at the terminal he didn't even put the car in park and it crept forward as I was trying to get my luggage out of the trunk. As I walked around the side of the car he was screaming at someone on the phone using profanities. I knocked on the window to pay the fare and he flipped me off and drove away with the trunk open. I watched as he drove off and he didn't even realize the trunk was open. I would have rated 1 star but it was a free ride so I'll give them 2.
