Had a negative experience with a Korean "technician" who was sent by Select Home Warranty to fix an…read moreappliance at my house. I was dissatisfied with his work and behavior, so I contacted Select Home Warranty's customer service. He threatened to call the police if I didn't pay him $100 immediately. Although I didn't refuse to pay, I needed to confirm the situation with the customer service representative. During the conversation, however, before I could resolve the issue, he went ahead and called the police, falsely accusing me. From the beginning, the Korean worker had an arrogant and extremely rude attitude. It was particularly concerning that he seemed constantly upset. I disliked his blunt and peculiar manner of communication. If you want to avoid wasting your time and money, I strongly advise staying away from both this contractor and Select Home Warranty.
