We absolutely ADORE Coach Mattie. She has made gymnastics so fun for our Ryker. She single handedly makes the cost worth it for our boy. All the girls handling the little ones are super sweet but we wouldn't have continued if he didn't light up like he does every time he hears he gets to go see Coach Mattie.

It was not my child's party, but I was made to feel uncomfortable as a guest when one of the staff/owner burst in the middle of the party to exclaim that "two extra kids arrived and they need $5. for each kid". That seems like something that you would pull the hosts aside and let them know in private. Very unprofessional.

Today, she was only…read moreallowed to participate in about 45% of the class because I was told- right before class started that she would need to stay in the lobby during group instruction. This should have been communicated ahead of time by phone or voicemail, not sprung on us in front of other parents and children. My child sometimes has developmentally normal tantrums when she doesn't want to participate in activities, which is expected for her age. Other children in the class also don't participate and continue to play during instructions, which only made it harder for my child to engage. My child was essentially expelled under the guise a constructive dismissal. I wasn't even given the courtesy of a quick refund. Instead, I sat in the lobby for an extended period, waiting to even be acknowledged. My daughter was upset watching all the other kids go into class without her, and I was left feeling humiliated and frustrated. I paid for her to be included in the full class, and the way this was handled was unprofessional, poorly communicated, and inconsiderate to both my child and myself.

Several other cars were also broken into. No security camera, isolated location, no management, the entire place seemed to be run by 2 young girls. Obviously bad business practices. Will never, ever, ever go there again. I don't appreciate being robbed. Did I say never? NEVER!
