I have brought it up in the past today I expressed my frustration and rather than apology or offering solutions I was made to feel as though I dont know how to read my emails and maybe the issue was with me. I should have just left.... He didn't make any eye contact when I was talking and when I said can you text me since I am having issues his response was so condescending and rude. Honestly I should have just left. I have never in all my years have been treated by a business owner this way.

The process for doing a party was really easy and pricing is reasonable. SoccerCityokcity.com lists information on packages and I just called them at 405-748-3888. We rented the new field #4. It was the perfect size for a large group. Even small groups! Plenty of seating for spectators and an additional viewing area upstairs. Not a soccer fan? That's OKAY! (Well, personally that's not ok. It's the most popular sport in the world!!!!! What's wrong with you! ) We played a few mini games. Dodge ball and soccer. Field #4 is smaller than the other fields but was a great size for our party- about 20-30 kids. The birthday room was large enough to accommodate all the kids for cake. The staff was friendly and beyond helpful. Thanks Soccer City for making this a memorable birthday party and the fact I didn't have to clean my house after a party! Us adults are talking about renting a field for some adult fun!

From customer service, to swim instructors to my kiddos survival swim skills obtained, it has been a great experience. Survival swim can be challenging for kids (and parents) but the amount of love, care and intention poured into my kids, the instructors and lessons was evident. My kids learned a love for safe swimming and that is worth an immeasurable amount to us! We live far but believe the near hour drive has been well worth being at OSA! Would definitely recommend. The day of the party I arrived to be greeted by an older brunette who wasn't very friendly. She was not very enthused about the large group I'd just informed her about. Little did we know, she was about to become super mean! She yelled at the children, telling them not to get out of line or touch anything. She was so mean, the parents were becoming concerned. I finally told her that I thought she was nasty, at which point she didn't hesitate to tell us to leave. Well the dilemma is that we had about 25-30 kids there, and I can't just let them down. After the very disappointing play, and after she told us to leave, I went upstairs to advise the parents we had been kicked out, but we were still going to cut this cake and sing happy birthday. Well, that might've been okay until she turned off the air and the lights!!!! Not only did she treat us horribly, but now, she is sealing it with a kiss!! Yes!! She turned off the lights and the air, while I calmly tried to play down this nightmare. Luckily, there was still a light upstairs on, so we could see, but make no mistake, we were sweating and very embarrassed! Not that it could get too much worse, but it did. She then called the police! If only they had shown up, it might e gotten cold, but they didn't. Even if they had, I had every intention on informing them of our encounter and even the assault of the children. I am not exaggerating at all. She actually had hit my little 3-yr-Old nephew. This was the very worst experience I've ever had, and needless to say, they ruined my son's birthday. I called the owner and he apologized, but you can rest assured that was not enough. The unnecessary humiliation was enough for one of our attorneys attending the party to ask if we needed help in pursuing justice against them. I was actually so very devastated that I didn't want to even bring this out, but people should know.
