At the Bixby location, you will get personalized treatment. On the doctor side, Dr Glaser and Crystal will take care of all your needs in a friendly and informative manner. On the physical therapy (PT) side, Taylor and Misty will help you rehab in a 1-on-1 atmosphere. I've never seen a patient leave PT dissatisfied. Unlike other places that throw you on a treadmill for 30 minutes, these guys will stick by you and answer your questions in a straight-forward manner. They make the whole therapy process fun and exciting, just be prepared to talk about food (that's the common convo topic among patients and staff here). And in the middle of the two sides, Beth will take care of all the paperwork and scheduling. This staff is a legendary bunch; you won't find people like this anywhere else. These guys really do care about the patients. I interned on the PT side of the clinic for 12 weeks, and behind the scenes, everyone here really cares about the patients; it's not a fake act they throw on during the day. Everyone here does what they do because they love helping others. I highly, highly recommend coming here. You'll be glad you did.

The lovely ladies at the front desk were gone and replaced with men of some kind of Indian nationality. It felt colder in there. Quieter. Off. Then after therapy, my daughters therapist goes on to tell us she will be leaving therapy works. This is the 2nd therapist she'll be losing in about a year. I don't know what changed or happened or where all those nice ladies went to, but I don't feel the same about the place after today. Wel WILL be looking for somewhere else to go.

Competant, experienced staff lead me through the steps required for my gradual major improvements in motion and strength. As a senior citizen, I much appreciate staff working within my individual tolerences and abilities specific to my situation and physical condition. I observed the same happening for a wide variety of ages and issues throughout my time spent at the facility. Session content was creatively varied as I progressed through the shoulder rehabilitation process. Scheduling and occassional unforseen conflicts on my side were handled in stride. For me personally, with no previous "therapy"experience and not knowing what to expect this was a very sucessful endeavor and I highly recommend this facility/ staff

I was referred to Select Physical Therapy through a Specialist in Edmond, Oklahoma where my…read morecurrent doctor who referred me to the specialist resides. I no longer live in Edmond, so the Specialist made the appointment for me to Select Physical Therapy. After my first visit, I noticed that the pain in my upper left arm was a tide better. I was told by staff to continue doing some exercises for my arm during the days that I didn't come into the office. After the second visit, it was even better, and after the third, it is even better. The staff is very friendly, which puts you at ease. They explain everything that you are to do in layman terms, so that you know exactly what you are doing, and know how to do it. The staff that helped me each day was a very gregarious individual who made you comfortable by joking and laughing along with you. I noticed another staff doing the same thing with other patients, as well as mine doing the same thing with other patients too.

Did not get PT each day. Was not one bit better after 20 days. Dropped me twice…read more Call button out of reach. Their system Did not respond to a phone call. Had I needed someone, calling 911 was my only response. Food was good.

In a word it was "horrible". Severely understaffed. The physical therapy staff may be good; but…read morethe care on the floor was terrible. Meds were not available on site and had to shipped in from OK City. Meds were no given on time. They say they have a wound team, but they don't this is contracted service that is not available except on certain days. I had to change would bandages for my wife from supplies I brought from home. I finally had to remove her from this facility and take her somewhere else.
