At the Bixby location, you will get personalized treatment. On the doctor side, Dr Glaser and Crystal will take care of all your needs in a friendly and informative manner. On the physical therapy (PT) side, Taylor and Misty will help you rehab in a 1-on-1 atmosphere. I've never seen a patient leave PT dissatisfied. Unlike other places that throw you on a treadmill for 30 minutes, these guys will stick by you and answer your questions in a straight-forward manner. They make the whole therapy process fun and exciting, just be prepared to talk about food (that's the common convo topic among patients and staff here). And in the middle of the two sides, Beth will take care of all the paperwork and scheduling. This staff is a legendary bunch; you won't find people like this anywhere else. These guys really do care about the patients. I interned on the PT side of the clinic for 12 weeks, and behind the scenes, everyone here really cares about the patients; it's not a fake act they throw on during the day. Two weeks went by and the pain got worse. I was stressed not knowing where to go since I have a new insurance and my usual chiropractor is out of network. I searched online and this came up as being in network, so I gave it a shot. I wish you could make an appointment online. I had to call to schedule, but it was easy to get in pretty quick. All new patients get an x-ray. It had been a while since I had one and I'm glad I did! Dr. Smith's took the time to explain the issue and why I was in so much pain (herniated disk, pinched nerves, misalignment). He also made me aware of how gastrointestinal issues can put pressure on our backs. I never made that connection. I've been going in three times a week and I'm happy to report that I'm feeling a lot better. When you come in, you spend about 10 minutes on the roller massage table, 10 minutes on the electrical stimulation machine followed by a body massager. Then, Dr. Smith comes in and does the adjustment. Usually he does the same thing every time and there's not much chit chat. That's what I miss about my regular chiropractor.
