They had a huge showroom which you can see the surface in large slabs not tiny samples. Then, they took us to the back room of slabs, then the back yard of slabs. That night I researched on the internet and thought I'd found a bargain, but by the time I added everything I needed and wanted, it added up to more than the price at Bachle's and I would have to install them. In the end I chose the Cross Timbers set for their super realistic look. They were installed a few days later and look and function even better than I hoped. Their price is all-inclusive, no surprise add-ons. The only "extra" I chose was those really cool "bright" embers.
