I purchased an old house in the village and it needed a couple piers. Their quote was actually higher but offered more services with removal of deck section and working around shrubs. Their crew never removed the deck ledger boards (leaving the entire back of the house tied together in one piece.) and instead of lifting the desired section, it shifted 2/3 of back of the house back n forth. Causing more damage than fixing. I have multiple 1/4" to 1/2" gaps around outside doors that weren't there before they lifted the house. I'm currently tearing the deck apart since the ledger boards and an anchors are all messed up from the pressure. When they left they just bandaided everything to hide the damage they did. They will come out and give excuses and claim to have a warranty, but you will get no protection once they come & mess up your house. Be careful using this company! read more

We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Jonathan, Sterling and the whole team. The amount we paid over the less expensive competition was absolutely worth every penny. These guys know what customer service really means, and have no issues coming back out to make adjustments after things have settled for a couple weeks. They were prompt and let us know everything that was going on. The crew were all happy and smiling even as they do what most would consider a thankless job. They left the job site spotless and even cleaned out under the house when finished- something most would never do. Plus they give you a 10 year Warranty! I'd highly recommend these guys if you need foundation work. Estimate was honest and their price per pier was comparable to the 3 other companies I contacted. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they finished, leaving it difficult to even tell where the work was done. They did everything they promised in the estimate/contract plus more. I even had an unrelated water issue and called the company to see if they possibly nicked the water line (again I later resolved the issue and it was NOT caused by Oklahoma Foundation Solutions). I emailed them late in the evening and had an email back from the owner of the company within an hour letting me know he would talk with the crew.l first thing the next morning. (It was after 7:00 PM) The next morning by 9:00 AM I had a call from Noah and a crew at my doorbell who was stopping by just to make sure that there weren't any issues. By then I had figured out my issue (again not caused by them). On the phone Noah explained that even though I had resolved the issue, if I found that there were any issues they caused they would 100% cover the repair. Fortunately, that wasn't required as it was an issue with my water heater, not something they caused. This company does great work, but even more importantly, their customer service is top tier. There are probably several foundation companies in Oklahoma that can do a good job and fix your issues, but not all of them will have customer service like this. read more

SUPER RESPONSIVE owners. REALLY GREAT prices. As a Realtor, they're just what I need to do a quick evaluation of a property to settle a buyer's mind. Every time I call they either answer, text back or call back fairly quickly. I deal with a lot of vendors over the course of a typical real estate transaction, but none so responsive as OKFS. They will come out FOR FREE to do an evaluation on a home. Emotions run high between buyer and seller, and if a home does need work, they leave the worksite super CLEAN and they try to exact-match any mortar replacement. Both buyers and sellers have been very happy. Foundation repair is one of those necessary drudgeries in Oklahoma, and it's important to do the research because it can be an expensive item. Of course, as a Realtor, I'm always in OSCN checking out potential clients (for safety reasons), but it's also a good practice to do with your vendors to avoid fly-by-night or dishonest operators. These guys came out clean as a whistle as far as I could tell. TL;DR: They're pretty passionate about what they do, and they do not cut corners. Their prices are fair, materials are good.
