Smoked a Drew Estate Natural which was perfectly 'kept'- great moistness, great flavor, average price ($7). Was there around 6:30 so I also enjoyed their happy hour (6-8pm) drink prices ( 25% off ) so my IC Light drafts weren't $3 but came out to $2.41...! Where can you get a better price than that, other than your own home??? And who wants their house to smell like cigars just to pair it w a cheap beer? Certainly not my wife...! Lol. Great place, attentive bartender, friendly crowd. HIGHLY RECOMMENDE

Terrible ending to an otherwise great experience!…read more My car was getting detailed at Double Take Detailing on Banksville Road! I had a lot of time to spare (6 hrs...btw they did an excellent job on my car), so I caught an Uber to Jeringers (Puff n Stuff)! It was early Saturday morning/ afternoon and I literally had the entire lounge to myself! chairs were very comfortable in a very cozy environment! I had my own cigar and they allowed me to smoke without charging a corking fee (which was great)! I was also able to order food from Houlihans Restaurant (directly across the hall) and eat in the lounge! Since i was able to smoke and bring food from outside I thought it was only appropriate to patronize the establishment by spending some money. I ordered an on tap beer with 11% alcohol! When I finally cashed out and got the bill it was $20! Yes you read right $20 for one beer! I figured the beer would be high and anticipated it would be between $7-$10! When I looked at the bill I thought I was charged for 2 beers! Nope one beer! Will go back for a cigar but will never order a drink again! Sheesh...this really ruined what started off a positive experience!

He told me to call the number listed for the store and I did... guess what- disconnected (412-212-8997) the other number listed (412-540-5960) NO ONE ANSWERS. Business is booming and they know they sell faulty products with zero intentions on correcting the issues. Had the never to offer me a discount if I purchase another fuc*ing pen!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more Save your money and just go to any of the Sunocos around Oakland. Products come in packages that have obviously been opened and resealed -- concerning anytime, but especially during a pandemic -- and die immediately. One of the guys tried to be helpful in finding a puff bar that worked -- we went through their entire stock before we found 2. The next time it happened the guy told me I wouldn't get my money back and he was going to call the cops if I refused to leave without a refund. And speaking of pandemic precautions, staff is almost never wearing face coverings and they don't seem to enforce it with patrons either. Social distancing is nonexistent. I have no idea how they're still open if this is how they practice business. Assuming it's because they sell to a lot of college kids who are too drunk to know that they're being scammed. Literally the worst business I have ever been to in my life. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
