After her pathetic attempt at acting and crying, he told her in store credit only. But, every "better" brand vape(that we ended having to pay the difference for) required two batteries, which they were out of. So the girl behind the counter gave my wife one of her used batteries(acting like she was doing us a favor). Then after an hour we had no choice but to trade to a different vape, then pay more. Shady place. Don't do business with. I should state they have a sign posted, "Refunds within 7 days on manufactuer defects determined by the staff", which the little pink haired girl declared was defective.

***Warning/Heads Up***…read more I have a "go-to" vape store that I visit but decided to go to this one because my husband said the prices were better. My husband got the same vape only 2 days ago for $19, yet I was just charged $24.08. This was annoying but I figured no biggie since my go-to store charges the same. I got outside, drove away, and went to hit the vape and it immediately smelled burnt. I've tried a couple more times since opening it 10 minutes ago. It still tastes and smells burnt. My old vape with 5% juice tastes better, sadly. I'm pretty ticked off, honestly. I didn't get the same deal and now I just wasted money on a burnt/defective product... I'll happily stick to my go-to. Lesson learned.
