We were " guaranteed" results only to find out from the tech thereby can't guarantee. A person in the waiting area said try Texas Road Pharmacy. I called. Rhiha said come right in. We went and got the test and we literally saw our tests get transported in seconds. To boot our results came back in less than 24 hours. Cannot say enough positive about my experience with Strathmore! First, let's start with the…read moreinitial call. I had worked with another HVAC company to help diagnose the issue but unfortunately, they were short-staffed and couldn't come out. I called first thing in the morning on Friday morning. I told the man on the phone what I thought was the issue and surprisingly, he told me that he could have someone out to my house the same day within hours. Only 2 hours later (right when he said he would arrive), our technician arrived. He was very courteous and explained the issue and what needed to be done after he quickly confirmed the diagnosis that the blower motor on our HVAC would need to be replaced. Now, my friend who was an HVAC tech told me that a capacitor replacement would be the easiest to replace but a motor would take 2-4 weeks to replace because of supply chain issues. Surprisingly, the technician told me that he would order the parts and have them overnighted. The parts were in stock from his supplier and they arrived on Friday. First thing on Monday morning (they're understandably closed on Sundays) I received a call that the part had arrived and he would be over within hours to come and install them. Again, he arrived prompt and on time. He ordered an additional part for the blower just in case it was also damaged (which it was) and he ended up installing the new motor and fan and capacitor by 11am on Monday. The price was very reasonable and there were no surprises there. It was an absolute pleasure working with Strathmore and I highly recommend them for your HVAC repairs.
