I've been asked numerous times about opting in for inspections, by email text and phone. Even though I've opted in at least 5 times by phone and email (I do have the paper trail of it all), the mid lease inspection was done at month 11 of a one year lease. I was asked three times now if I want the property leased again. How many times do I have to tell them, how many ways, how many people all the way up to Jay the owner? Jay acknowledges their issues, states they will do better, yet nothing changes. They love to play the blame game and put the onus back on you, you essentially having to do their job for them. Self checkout customer service. Nothing is their fault. Always an excuse with them. They will not pass on your concerns or messages automatically, you will have to ask over and over and maybe pushed to the point of screaming. I've demanded monetary compensation for their failures, with no follow up communication. Today I was asked about listing the property and lease inspections once again. I have an email from Jay directly addressing these two issues a month ago. Why am I being asked again if these issues were handled and corrected? I would not recommend this company or any of the individuals working for the Holland Team or listings.com. They do not listen to a normal kind tone of voice or language. Admittedly, after repeated attempts with kindness, they only respond to yelling screaming and foul language to get their attention. I resent them for having to take that tone with them to wake them up to their BS. My realtor recommended Jay from a networking meeting. They will not be recommending them any longer. In fact, just before my issues surfaced, another client of the Holland Team took their handful of properties away from Jay because of the very same internal communication issues. They are no better than All County Denver Metro. They are horrible as well. Best look elsewhere as a property owner or tenant needing a place.

He provided weekly updates; he emailed, texted, and called to keep us informed; and he communicated with all of the people involved in the sale in a way that moved the transaction along, but without being rude or condescending. Time and Effort: Todd went above and beyond what we expected in terms of the time and effort he put into the sale of the house. Given that we were long-distance sellers, as we had moved out-of-state just before listing our home, Todd was our local eyes and ears. He held multiple open houses, visited the property to check on things, and spent quite a bit of time and effort putting together the weekly updates specific to the sale of our house, which was very useful for our decision-making processes. We hit a snag and had to extend the closing date of our house, and Todd spent a lot of time coordinating things, leading everyone through the challenges, and he even drove to a town that was not close by to meet a relevant Third Party in person to keep the transaction moving. He genuinely made us feel like we were his only clients with the time and effort he spent on the sale of our house. f. Flexibility: When we first met with Todd, and he put together a plan for the sale of our house, we assumed that Todd may adopt a formulaic approach to the sale of our house. However, that turned out to not be true, and we later realized that the approach he recommended was suited for the market conditions at the time of our meeting, but as we progressed through the sale of our house, the previous approach was no longer appropriate, and Todd was very flexible and pivoted to address the changing conditions of the housing market. g.
