This is the main post office I go to. It's 2nd best out of…read morethe 3-4 that I hit up some times. This location (Hertel Avenue) is usually very slow. The employees work as if there's no one in back of the customer,even though the line is almost to the door. Sometimes you'll get a really nice worker who really helps you out & tries to give you advice on how to send something the cheapest way,the fastest way & figure help you out totals of a package,when figuring out how much everything is worth inside the box you're shipping. Others are just rude af ,and make u reopen things,go through it,take crap out & they are just simply bastards. The guy I had today was straight out of "Woodstock" ,listening to some whacky music that does not suit a post office at all. He acted like he was on acid,or just as high as a kite. I felt uncomfortable & all I was doing was buying 2 books of stamps. Lol But,I do have to say,I love the way they have such a huge selection of stamps and all different things from shipping box sizes,to cards,labels,etc.... Such cute stuff.

No one welcomed me, said hi, or they'd be with me shortly or anything, which I didn't feel was very nice. I didn't know where I had to go to, there were no signs for "Returns", so I just stood around feeling stupid. There was only 1 employee taking care of customers which is definitely not enough ! It took awhile for the girl to finally come to me & within 2 minutes, I was outta there. They would get a higher review if I'd been told anything at all by someone that they'd be with me or so much as a greeting. This location is MUCH bigger than the one across from BK on Hertel & Delaware. They also definitely need more employees working to help everyone. Plenty of parking here which is great. It was quite messy & dirty inside though, which was not pleasant.

I didn't print the labels because previously Amazon sent QR codes that could be scanned At ups off of the phone and labels are printed. Quick, easy, convenient. It's been standard for over 2 years when I've done returns. When I checked my email At ups, I found it wasn't a QR code, but a shipping label. I asked about getting it scanned and the label printed. The response was: "You can email us at x1234@something.com, we can then print and we will charge you $2." This was the only offered solution. A process that was harder and costlier. Then I was stared at. I asked why the change and got a shrug. It was about an 70lb or so item, but I carried it back home and printed out the labels. Yes I could have saved myself the headache if I hadn't assumed that the past method I've used many times was still active, but the point is that this response was frustrating and it shouldn't cost me $2 to print a label that ups would have had to print if I'd just had them come to pick it up at my house (an option a available that I didn't do because ups consistently fails to pick up and ignores my package and just drops off labels.) My frustration is with ups in general, but also the complete lack of caring from the individuals at this location. It left me wondering if the information was even accurate. Communication and customer service isn't just about the information, but also how the information is delivered. Additionally they stood around and ignored me when I first walked in, no greeting or acknowledgment and I had to grab their attention for service in the first place. They're more than happy to leave you holding/balancing heavy items while they talk to you. This is an after thought because this is a norm for this location and I didn't even think about it until writing the review.

I'm recently hired them for a move this weekend, confirming them multiple times throughout the…read moremonth before the actual move. When I scheduled it I made it admittedly clear that they can't smoke cigarettes or weed while working with my stuff and they didn't listen. My stuff smelled like weed. Which upset me, I specifically stated I didn't want that around my stuff. When it was scheduled they were supposed to be at my home between 8:30-9:30am. Which they weren't, kept getting pushed back and back. They finally showed up at 6:45pm. The packing went ok up until them bouncing my washer, My dryer and freezer down the stairs. When they got to my new home my stuff reaked with the smell of weed. As they are bring in my family air loom dining room table one of the movers using the wrong bit to put in and most likely strip the screw in the table. They also lost the screws to my stand up freezer so I can't put door back on and lost thousands of dollars of food. Not to mention that my house and my garage smells like weed!! Definitely wouldn't recommend or ever use them again!!

When I arrived at the store I went to the cash register. There was a short line, and when I explained I was here for a pick-up, they told me my order is ready. The table was quite heavy, so a store associate helped me by bringing it on a cart to my car and then helped me put the table into my trunk and secure it. I needed some string, and they sold me a spool of string, which worked out great. I would order on line and pick-up merchandise at this store again in the future.
