No one welcomed me, said hi, or they'd be with me shortly or anything, which I didn't feel was very nice. I didn't know where I had to go to, there were no signs for "Returns", so I just stood around feeling stupid. There was only 1 employee taking care of customers which is definitely not enough ! It took awhile for the girl to finally come to me & within 2 minutes, I was outta there. They would get a higher review if I'd been told anything at all by someone that they'd be with me or so much as a greeting. This location is MUCH bigger than the one across from BK on Hertel & Delaware. They also definitely need more employees working to help everyone. Plenty of parking here which is great. It was quite messy & dirty inside though, which was not pleasant.

There are instructions right at each station and if you get stuck, the staff is very helpful. You swipe your debit/credit card when you start and boom it's that easy, the World Wide Web is yours. I would caution people about printing personal protected information and letting it sit on the printer, anyone can pick it up. No one has a printer in this day and age and it's cool that these services exist. They also sell things like office /school supplies, snacks, and greeting cards. And you can buy packaging and ship packages here too! It's an all in one kind of place with a friendly face.

My first time here was as a "referral" from another locations employee when I was looking for a recently released stamp. Same with every visit since. And with one exception they had what I was looking for. They are not the Buffalo philatelic PO or the main PO in town but they do seem to have the recent releases. This location has good and easy parking, however the entrance is one side and exit the other, just like the one on Hertel. Easy if you know it, but not as easy of you don't know. He remarked that the envelope I chose was $10 more than if I chose another Express envelope, which was even more sturdy than the one I have. He let me discard the envelope I chose (which I already sealed) and replace everything in a new envelope, thereby saving me over $10. This is the kind of service that shows the person behind the counter actually cares and got me to tell my friends 'bout it. Bravo USPS guy!
