I was paying for it plus we'd both be there so I don't understand why I couldn't. Plus he seemed like he didn't give a shiet . When I got there mood definitely not changed lol . Was told it would take an hour but Jesus Christ. An hour what the hell would you possibly have to say to a 18 year old that they'd retain like their in school . Guys I'm pregnant. There was no one in the freaking lobby and I had to pee . I called my sister multiple times and texted her kinda freaking out because they didn't let me in the room with her . APPARENTLY he had her out her belongings down and phone face down . Well welcome to class for an hour . The actual piercing process was less than 5 minutes. The tips and tricks he was sharing were as wild as changing your pillow case every day and telling my sister to not wear her glasses . Out of your mind . Never coming back again . ( atleast her piercing has healed beautifully all you do is make sure you use saline water twice a day and don't mess with it , boom your done )

The studio is clean, and Derek also spends time cleaning everything before you sit down. For me, I was surprised tattooing didn't hurt as much as I expected, but that also is part of Derek's technique. It does take a while to get an appointment as he is booked solid a year out. But this is a good thing--it means that Derek takes what he does seriously and he's got the clientele that appreciates that; if you want a walk-in-type tattoo, you are not going to get that kind of work here. I lucked into a cancellation, especially as my tattoo was on the smaller side (remember, first tattoo).
