My daughter's safety was in jeopardy by an unruly roommate that had no respect for herself let alone the other roommates. My daughter told her RA and the Residence Office that guys were coming into the room at all hours of the night "expecting to get some". In addition, this roommate would lash out both verbally and physically (on video no less and yes the school is aware) and the school did NOTHING about it. When my daughter asked to switch rooms, they made her go through hell and back and guilted her for not problem solving herself. They upset her so badly that she was visibly upset and her other roommate had to come to the office to get her to calm her down. She finished out the semester and transferred out. Not only did I file a Title IX sexual harassment report that they buried but they also put a sanction on her so that she couldn't transfer easily to another dorming college. This school is not free. I paid tuition for my daughter to be harassed by her roommate and then her school. Shame on you UTampa. No wonder the retention rate is so awful. For those parents that worry about their children away at school, this is not the school for your kid.

Over the past four years, Mr. Iglesias has repeatedly referenced my student information in ways that fall outside legitimate educational interest. On multiple occasions, he made comments about my GPA directly to my children -- an inappropriate and unprofessional disclosure of student information that no advisor should be making. This pattern demonstrates a long term disregard for boundaries and raises serious concerns about improper access to my records. In recent months, his conduct escalated dramatically. Mr. Iglesias initiated welfare checks, contacted the Department of Children and Families, and contributed to false contempt allegations in court -- all based on inaccurate information and conducted outside the college environment. These interventions had direct consequences for my family and legal matters, and they appear to have been influenced by his access to my student records and his position within the institution. When I attempted to file a formal grievance, the college minimized the seriousness of the situation. I was informed only that my student account had been "flagged" or "restricted," yet the institution refused to provide the underlying documentation, rationale, or audit trail explaining: * who accessed my records * why the flag was placed * what information was used * whether my records were disclosed outside the institution As a student, I have clear rights under FERPA to inspect and review my education records, including advising notes, account flags, restrictions, and any documentation containing personally identifiable information. The college's refusal to provide these records -- while acknowledging that my account was flagged -- raises significant concerns about improper access, misuse of information, and noncompliance with federal privacy law. My concern is straightforward: a student advisor has used his position for four years to reference, comment on, and potentially access my information for purposes unrelated to legitimate educational interest, culminating in external interventions that no advisor should be involved in. The college has not provided transparency, corrective action, or any indication that it has investigated the misuse of student information. This experience reflects a breakdown in professional ethics, student record governance, and institutional oversight. Students deserve advisors who act within the boundaries of their role, institutions that take grievances seriously, and full transparency when their records are accessed, flagged, or used in ways that affect their lives outside the classroom.

I saw rooms that could function as operating rooms, endovascular simulators, an amphitheater with built-in microphones in the table, and a fully funcitonal kitchen with catering capabilities. I read that they have rooms for standardized patients and a functional CT scanner! Highlights of this facility: 1. This would be my go-to place during a zombie attack. With the ORs, showers, and kitchen, what more could I ask during the end times? 2. The french toast that they served (sorry, no pics, house rules) was easily the best french toast that I have ever had! It was made from french bread and had a crispy top layer and a warm, sweet, gooey center reminescent of a brownie. If it weren't for my dress pants and belts I easily could've eaten mounds of it! 3. The toilet paper was engineered to be durable like a paper towel but plush like a pillow. It was THE BEST TOILET PAPER that I had ever used. 4. Free wifi. As a traveler on a budget, my iPhone was glad to pick up a guest wifi signal. In short, CAMLS high-end technology covers food, education, and everything in between.

It create an open space at least 30 feet to pointy ceiling. This is a perfect place capture the acoustic of the sound. The perfect sound damping with timber interior. A beautiful pipe organ display at the front of the chapel with different size of the organ tube. The voice concert we attended do not require any amplified or microphone or speaker. It can project the voice very clearly. If I am the student here, I would like the Sunday service here. The chapel exterior has a huge glass walls that you can see through into the chapel. This is magnificent structure in campus for the new building added after the Hotel day.

In addition to its aesthetics, it boasts great acoustics for musical performances. I have seen several musical performances at this venue. The sound has been excellent and University of Tampa arranges some nice musical artists and ensembles to play here. It is pretty spacious and the seating does not feel crammed. Granted I have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and I could have gone straight for RN, which I thought about, but I wanted to introduce myself into a new world. I found Concord Institute by chance while googling and I over-looked it many times! But something was telling me to "GO and check it out" so I did!!! Next thing I know, I was sitting in front of finances, fitting for my scrubs and preparing my picture for my ID. I was enrolled in a Medical Assistant Program I was excited to start!! My time with the instructors, the practice and the hands on learning prepared me for working with surgeons at Tampa General Hospital!!! I never knew what it took to be a Medical Assistant and Concord exceeded those expectations and more. It wasn't all about the hands on learning that was exceptional, but the availability the instructors had to answer all my questions about the practice. I am so glad that I took a leap of faith to be apart of an AMAZING Institute!
