We hired them to check every three weeks while we were out if the country for rodents. They came twice and then lost us in the system. We called to see what was happening and they had no idea.... I am very unhappy with this company. Paid for a perimeter spray for ants and now have ants. Called them only to hear them say ants in my garage are not covered (although the garage is attached and was part of original spray) and the are going to charge me another $250 to come out and spray again. Blare Dooley extremely rude! poor quality doing a crawl space removal and reclamation. Used cheapest thin poly liner possible. Underneath you could still see all the faecal matter from the racoons. Had to have his unskilled workers come back to redo job, very poor quality. then Blaine got mad because we told him to do it proper. Maybe didint think we would go into the crawl space to check it out? Would not recommend at all. ad says integrity, it's just a word any one can say, without meaning. Best company on Vancouver Island, without a question. I've had a bit of a raccoon problem in my tool shed for over 5 years... Well, I should say.... I HAD a problem... I'd tried to deal with a few local companies, but they were all far too dickered. A man by the name of Anthony came down and took care of business. The raccoons were safely relocated! I was impressed how they treated the critters as well. But, about six months later I noticed some mouse droppings in my rental house. Who did I call? These guys. Last winter I had a serious bedbug infestation in my condo. OIPC's quoted price was competitive so I chose them to solve my problem. They came out to do an in inspection, and did a preliminary evaluation/treatment while scheduling the first of a two part treatment plan. After the first treatment, there were still bugs as expected, but after the second three weeks later, ALL the bedbugs were gone. Chad, the service tech was very thorough in both the application of the chemicals and in helping me understand the process. Afterwards, the company followed-up to ensure I was fully satisfied, prepared to do extra treatment which was not necessary. I couldn't be more satisfied with this exterminator. read more

AVOID. This company charged me for four ant treatments per year, yet all other pest control companies recommend two or three at the most. Each time, a different Operator did the treatment and two of them had just qualified, with practically no experience. They also sprayed on wet days, so the treatments were useless. Not surprisingly, I ended up with a Carpenter Ant nest and had to spend several hundred dollars to get it treated and removed. Do NOT use this bunch of cowboys! read more
