Within a couple of days two Orkin techs were at my door to introduce themselves and say they were going to do a walkaround. At this point they could have charged me anything to get rid of the darned mosquitos, and I'd have been none the wiser. But after the walkaround, they returned to my door to say that - unfortunately - what really needed spraying were the trees which were technically on my next door neighbor's property instead of my own, and that it didn't make sense to charge me so much to spray just the one tree that is on my own property. While I was sad that they were unable to spray and help me get rid of these darn mosquitoes, I was more than impressed and grateful about what an honest interaction it was.
