They use HEAT which kills bedbugs at 55 degrees C. They heated our condo to 60 degrees C for 3 hours. NO BEDBUGS! Previously, we pissed away $600 on a chemical treatment fro Old Island, which apparently didn't get behind baseboards or into electrical boxes. Bedbugs back within 2 weeks despite a second treatment. Why don't other firms use heat? because the heaters, blowers and diesel generator for all that electricity cost $100 000, that's why! read more

We had a nasty hornets nest outside our front door. Every time we went out the door we were met with dozens of angry hornets. The nest was located underground, against a fence and under a 3 foot hedge. The nest was very difficult to see little lone determine its exact entrance. I contacted Victoria Pest Control and they came over the next day. The technician was very positive and determined to remove the nest. Within 20 minutes the nest was removed and all but a few hornets remained. Within another 30 minutes all the hornets were gone. The technician was very knowledgable about these insects and provided additional information about dealing with the pests. He stated that the company guaranteed that we would be free of hornets at this location. If not he would come back at no charge. I was really impressed. We had squirrel problem in our house and it was a big headache for the last two winters. Ashley came at the end of August and had to crawl in our attic to do the inspection. I could imagine the heat inside. He didn't mention anything about the heat after the inspection. Ashley is professional and meticulous. He discovered a wasp nest at our back yard and solved the problem right away. He later came to our house a few more times to trap the squirrels and rats and gave us lots of good advice.
