So far, in the three weeks my daughter has been their she wants to go to school every morning and she comes home happy. Her teacher even sent me a few photos in her first few days to help me transition from worried mom to know my daughter is in capable hands. So far im happy. ill have to ask again the names of the other daycare workers that are there in the afternoons for pick up because they are very nice as well. Im glad my daughter is learning and making friends. Im glad they take safety seriously as well as my daughter and i have issues with a stalker. I look forward to the continuation of my daughters care and learning process. I am a certified head teacher and take learning at this age very seriously am im glad Ms. Hailey goes out of her way to make sure i am in the loop. Thank you as well to Sokie for always being helpful when i have questions and thank you all for being yourself. i wasnt looking for a place to show or tell me what i want to here i chose this place because theyre real and seem honest

I am agreeing 100% with the previous poster. I have had nothing but problems with Carelot Childrens…read moreCenter. My kids go to the thompson, ct location and it is the complete same. They combine classes, teachers are always taking kids from other classes to run "errands" put the older kids on the buses, if there's too many babies in the infant they take them to the older classes and such, etc. VERY DISORGANIZED. They also do the bare minimum with teaching. My 4 year old is barely taught handwriting or anything important. There "handwriting session" is drop off in the morning trace your name on a yellow lined piece of note pad paper written in half! It's so pathetic how cheap they are. AND YOU WILL DEFINITELY want to know this... I signed up for full day care 7-5:30 because they were ALWAYS complaining if I was 15-20 minutes off schedule (doesn't matter about traffic, the fact that I'm a single parent, my schedule varies between school and work) they then told me that there DAILY RATE of $60 only covers 9.5 hours and that for the 10.5 hour day it would be an extra $7 per day per child!!! OUTRAGEOUS. And as the previous rater said, they do make you put 2 weeks down. They also make you do EFT payments, no other options. If you choose to do that with a credit card its a fee. But you also have to have a checking and credit card linked to your account so they have the ability to freely charge whatever they want. They fucked up my account and withdrew $166 extra for four weeks before I logged into my bank account to notice, also note they do not provide statements for you to trace unless specifically asked. I can't suggest enough that you do not bring your child to this very poor excuse for a daycare. They need to be shut down.

Ever have a daycare center tell you there is a two week trial program after paying 3 weeks down?…read moreEver pick your child up everyday @2.5 and having a director tell you that your child is special needs, difficult, speaks poorly, eats poorly, and has sensory problems because the teacher he met the same day tried to hug him and he didn't want to be hugged ? Then the daycare center tells you he isn't adequate for their facility, makes you feel even worse with a few things I won't say, and refuses to refund you ? Yeah... if that doesn't sound like fun or fair to you, RUN!!!! RUN!!!! These people are MEAN, CROOKS. My son is 2 almost 3 now. Knows the alphabet, numbers, his name, etc.... I did a birth to three veal because they convinced me he was WAYYY behind , and he wasn't ELIGIBLE FOR ANY SERVICES BECAUSE HE WAS ABOVE AVERAGE !!!! RUNNNNN

When I called the school to complain they completely ignored my concerns. In fact they tried to throw money at the situation instead of filing an incident report and taking accountability. The director, Andrea, even tried saying because of a personal emergency my child's safety had to wait until they returned to the office the following week. My daughter was also completely potty trained prior to enrolling and after a month of being there she is back in diapers due to the laziness of the staff. She had a poop filled diaper that she was sitting in for at least an hour until we picked her up. She got massive rash that left her screaming when we tried to clean her. They also let other children pull my child's hair and kick her to the point she has bruising on her shins and thighs. When MY child defended herself they wrote MY child up for behavior. There were also a few occasions when my child was left unattended because she didn't want to participate with the other kids. I don't blame her after the amount of bullying she was receiving. Absolutely do not recommend this to anyone. Horrible place. Save you money and go else where.

Tony, as the owner, is personally on site for every job, which speaks volumes. His team is professional, caring, and works incredibly hard. They always show up exactly when they say they will, and in all seven moves, not one single item has ever been broken. The care they take in packing, wrapping, and protecting belongings is truly exceptional. As a realtor, I not only trust Tony with my own moves, but I confidently recommend him to all of my clients. There is simply no other local moving company that compares to Tony and his team when it comes to reliability, professionalism, and peace of mind. If you're looking for a mover you can fully trust, this is the one.

What should have been a fairly easy move became complicated and confused. I was living with my…read morefather in a small apartment, and I needed to return to my own home. The only designations for the items were to go to my home or Goodwill. Easy, right? All the furniture basically was designated to go to Goodwill. I was told by Tony Lowe that it wasn't good enough for Goodwill. There were cherry pieces, a hutch, end tables and a nightstand that were original Pennsylvania House furniture purchased in Terryville, Connecticut. This was like insulting my parents themselves. The furniture was nicked up in the previous move as we went with a more discount mover. However, it certainly was good enough for Goodwill or better. This person brought about seven college-aged guys with him which I thought was ludicrous for a small move. So instead of giving my instructions once I had to say the same things repeatedly. The guys were very nice, although their boss was pompous, condescending, insensitive, and was even laughing at me. From the start he was a rude jerk. I never remember a move being this bad. I was in a lot of pain, soon to be followed by much more pain because the movers left a lot of stuff behind that I had to manually move myself. The whole job felt rushed because they told us repeatedly that they were on their way to another job which sounded much more important, a mansion as one of the guys said. My sister who hired this mover must not have read the other negative reviews. I had a simple request for a special litter box to be brought over. I bagged up the clean litter and put it inside the litter box. Things are expensive now, and I don't have money to waste. Tony basically laughed in my face, and they threw away the litter box, I'm sure. My mother's special pink stool that I shouldn't have entrusted to them, never made it to my home. I believe some special Christmas ornaments, as well, never made it to my home. It would have gone much smoother with maybe two or three guys at the most. Too many cooks spoil the soup! Many items were left unlabeled, and my sister had indicated that boxed items would be labeled. I did as much preparation as I could in advance. My sister, being the POA, received and paid the bill. I asked to know the amount, but I never received an answer. It's probably outrageous. Then I needed to tip the guys so they didn't get that much because I had $105 on me which had to be divided 7 ways. This bill and tip were my dad's to cover, unfortunately.
