In an effort to secure help by Monday, we contacted LH over a weekend. Surprisingly, the owner got back to us and worked tirelessly to get us someone who matched our criteria. Physical help with the patient in and out of bed, walking, medication, support the daily schedule of visiting nurses, PT, etc. By Sunday night Leslie's Helpers let us know they had someone. But turns out-it wasn't just anyone. They booked someone who fit all the qualifications and who cared deeply about her job. When she wasn't taking care of the patient, which was all that was expected of her, she insisted on cleaning up, doing the laundry, etc. She went above and beyond. We booked her for a 2nd week and we were sad to see her go. She had done so much for our family. Thank you Leslie's Helpers for coming through for us, at the last minute, and during such a difficult time.

My family also had a disturbing experience with a nanny/housekeeper I hired through Gale at Mom's Helper, Inc. several years ago. Fortunately, my children were not harmed. It was still a traumatic experience involving lies and stealing, along with neglect. Mom's Helper wanted no part in hearing about it. It was my only time using an agency. This is my first review on Yelp but I felt I had to share in order to help people out there who might be thinking about using this agency. Don't!!
