The Honey ice cream The beef jerky was the best thing to take home. we all had to get a tee sheet which are so comfortable and didn't shrink and hold the color and the kids had to have stuffed animals and everything was a reasonably priced in the gift shop. read more

My family loves Old McDonalds Farm, it has been a lifesaver during COVID to give my 2 1/2 year old a place to run, play, and see animals close up. We love feeding the goats, there are play houses by Sven the reindeer that our daughter loves to play in no matter how many times we go. The hay walk (no rides to facilitate social distancing) is so fun, you can feed the cows close up! There are new additions, a baby donkey and horse were born recently and are so cute. For the reviews that it is dirty, it's a farm. I don't expect a barn built in 1860 to be immaculate and dirt free. I haven't mentioned the alpacas, peacocks, bunnies, and more. Five stars every time, the season passes are a great value if you go more than 3 times in a season. read more

We love coming here. It's a fun excursion in the area, offering an abundance of interactions with the animals. Tickets are cheap and so is the popcorn to feed the goats who, lets face it, are the main attraction. The employees are also nice, going out of their way to ensure that you see everything and don't miss out. They offer a cute hayride and a tour around the dairy farm but I wouldn't recommend it. It's pretty sad to see the calves taken away from their moms. Aside from that it is a cute and spacious farm, never crowded, and a fun way to spend your afternoon. read more

Very underwhelming especially for the admission price. We had an alright time, but overall we were disappointed as compared to other farms we have been. We did go on a Friday, but weren't informed none of the activities were open when we bought our full price tickets. Also a lot of the animals seemed sad and that was a bummer and made us want to leave. read more

Sadly, this attraction is overpriced and does not live up to its advertisement. What is worse, some animals seemed stressed (e.g. shaking, glass-eyed, cowering) from all the people visiting and trying to pet them. The admission fee is outrageous for the entertainment value. The hayride is cheesy and corny. I counted animals and there are not 200 animals on that farm, or at least advertised by signs and the cashier. The farm was better than expected. I've been to several farms in the past and most of them are dirty and nothing amazing. I like that the place offerred a dairy toue where we were able to see and learn how cows were milked. The hay ride tour allowed us to see the cows and pigs. Their pig race was a straight run instead of in a circular track. If you pick the winning pig you get a free snall ice cream...we won!. You are allowed to go in the goat pen. I like that the horse area was clean. The bunny cages were open for people to pet them. They have a camel, ducks, chickens and that's about it for the animals. They also have a bounce house area for the little ones. It's in a shaded area. Overall it was a nice visit. Everyone was friendly. read more

My 3 year old loves Old McDonald's Farm. There are a lot of animals to see and interact with. Feeding the goats is a lot of fun be beware they can get a little grabby sometimes lol. The dairy tour is informative and all of the guides and staff are friendly. read more

We decided to go to Old McDonald's Farm today and I'm so glad we did. Everything about this place was enjoyable. The staff, who some were leading a little girls birthday party, were so kind and helpful. It was laid back, clean for a farm! And well organized. At the end of our visit, we enjoyed fresh donuts with hot chocolate and milk in the little cafe. Can't wait to visit again! At first I was skeptical of spending $10.00 a person but it was well worth it! Everywhere you look there was something to see and learn. We easily spent 2.5 hours there and we were reluctant to leave. So much fun! read more

This farm is very welcoming. There is so much to offer in the fall time between all the animals, hay ride, pumpkin patch, and dairy tour. I love going to get my pumpkin here every year since I've been at drum because it makes it a special event. The lady who owns the farm is outstanding and very friendly. Attended a birthday party here, it was cute and different. Lots of farm animals and a chance to pet, feed and ride the animals. It has a lot of hand washing and sanitation stations so that was comforting. What a nice day out! We started taking our granddaughter here when she was a baby and she simply loved it. We now opt for the season pass because she frequently wants to go back. It never gets old for us either! The animals are well cared for and the staff obviously enjoy their jobs. The hay ride is fun, the dairy barn is a fun learning experience. With the bouncy houses inside, they are always safe from blowing away in the north country wind, lol. We appreciate that the food and ice cream offered and the gift shop items are all reasonably priced. This is certainly someplace to take the family but I think even without our granddaughter we would still enjoy it. I mean who doesn't want to pet a goat?! From the goat petting pen, to the huge variety of other animals, to "Santa's Workshop" (complete with reindeer), to the hay ride and dairy barn tour, to the small cafe and gift shop, I loved everything about the farm. Old McDonald's is perfect for young children (my son is 2 but I suspect kids up to 10 would be ideal ages). The prices for attractions and food are reasonable; the staff is incredibly friendly; and, the grounds are well kept and gorgeous. I absolutely loved going here as a kid and pretty much demanded to be taken on a regular basis. The staff was always super friendly and you can get up close and personal with the many many animals that live peacefully here. Now that I have my own daughter it's a real treat to bring her and share the same experience that I once had myself. Needless to say she is also a fan. read more

My husband and I just came back from visiting here. We initially went to just get corn stalks but since we were there, we figured we'd do the mini golf and corn maze. It cost $10/person to do this; we completed the maze and 9-holes in less than 30 minutes. The maze was really geared towards kids, but even so, it wasn't worth it. The mini golf was a 9-hole home-built "course" that we didn't really enjoy. Overall, we found the attractions disappointing and run down. The staff was pleasant, though, and we left with the corn stalks for $4/set. We will not be returning here. read more

Hands down the best pumpkin patch I've ever been to. There is an enormous field with so many options and all kinds of animals to interact with. In addition, I felt compelled to write a review because the employees at Old McDonald's Farm are so out of this world! At some point between searching for a pumpkin in the patch and putting them in the car I lost my engagement ring during our visit. My fingers got very cold and I didn't feel my new, slightly oversized ring slide off as we were sorting through all the options. On the verge of panic, I looked for advice from several employees who all were very reassuring and calm through the whole debacle even though they were only a half an hour away from closing. Nancy, the owner, brought us high intensity flashlights, an electric cart to drive through the patch and told us we were welcome to stay as long as it took to find it. Her daughter also took to Facebook and got a friend who could come out to the farm with a metal detector. Ironically, we found the ring at the car hours later as we were leaving to get food... but were inspired by the lengths that Old McDonald's Farm went through to help! I would've recommended them to anyone before, but now I can't imagine getting our pumpkins from anywhere else. Support Old McDonald's Farm!!! read more

I have been taking my children and grandchildren here since its beginnings. My grandparents had a farm when I was young and I cherished those memories. Now through the family friendly atmosphere and educational experience at Old McDonald's Farm, my family can still be blessed with the wholesome simple pleasures I enjoyed as a child. It doesn't matter how many times we have visited, my six grands consider the farm and the employees as extended family. It doesn't get any better than that! Been a customer 20+ years but today I was Surprised and disappointed to see the walls covered in GMO propaganda stating how GMO is just "selectively bred" and "organic isn't better." When I asked about the signs the girl explained that all the corn is GMO and used as feed. I mentioned that the sign was misleading because GMO is not just "selective breeding."
