It was way too expensive to replace and too much material to end up in a landfill. I had repaired it years ago by a shoe maker, but the man didn't use outdoor thread. So once again I went on wild goose chase to try to find someone willing to take on this massive project. No one was interested until I came across Leslie on the internet. After speaking with her I knew it was worth the hour drive to meet her and see what she could do. She is the most interesting person I have met in a long time. She had so many interesting things going on at her shop, the last thing she needed to do was take on my ridiculous massive repair job. She wanted the challenge. She wanted to help me as well. She was conscious of the fact that if she couldn't help me it was going to go to the dump, and she didn't want that to happen. Her mind is perfect for any challenge you can think of. She is creative and thinks outside the box. She impressed me with her kindness, generosity and knowledge. She is more than fair with her pricing too. I left her my 15' disintegrating umbrella last Friday thinking that I may see it sometime before the summer. She called me a few days later to tell me the job was complete. I was in shock and thrilled that she was able to reinforce every seam. It was a daunting task. Just moving it around to discuss the plan of action was hard work. I can go on and on but trust me if you need assistance with anything, she will figure out a way to make it work. She is that good!

I dropped my Jet ski off for winterization in the 2nd week of October to not hear another word back!! Phone calls have been made, messages have been left on answering machines (when I was able to, cause now you cant due to mailboxes being full) When I finally did speak to someone, cause I called yet again, I was given the cell number for Garrett the owner!!!! 2 calls later to him and nothing!!! I went December 11th to just take my ski off the lot (since I own it and no services rendered) to only see a winterized tag on DATED 12/2. Funny 12/3 I called and spoke to Nick, who supposedly looked at my ski and said it wasn't done as of 12/3. It is January 9th!!!! STILL NO calls or my Jetski!!!!
