Just got an auto loan from these nice people at a rate the dealership could not match. I have been with this bank since 1976 and have always been treated fairly. I have dealt with Kellie and Lisa at the north branch on Vermilion street in Danville for years, and the whole staff is always kind, helpful and welcoming. This place is terrible! Customer service is slow and rude, branch manager does not have a clue. They lie and make false promises to get you to sign up for an account. The Visa Debit Card rewards program is a scam. I have yet to receive a check and I've followed all directions. I'm not going to continue to pay $6.95 a month for a checking account when I can go elsewhere and have a free checking account and more reasonable fees. They are slow to credit your account with deposits. This way, they can rip you off with fees, etc. Don't do business with these crooks!!! I don't know why they haven't been investigated. read more

This is not a bank you want. They like to juggle your deposits and debits to try charge overdrafts if possible. Also, if you do happen to go into overdraft, they will put the highest debit through first so that they can hit you with the most overdrafts possible, despite which comes through first.
