I searched all around and could not find the correct rack. The racks are messy. Disorganized and squished together. We overlook this because you can find the diamond in the rough. I searched for an employee for 15 minutes and found 1 in the checkout and 1 in the layaway. Nobody on the floor at all. Frustrating to say the least. BUT you can get some deals, so there is that.

There's one Kohls in MD where about everything on shelves and racks is in such disarray... not this Kohl's. Kudos to the management and the employees. Found a new dish set that matches my mother's current set. She liked it and said she rarely shops at Kohl's. I found going to this store so much easier and less hassle than shopping at the Brandon Mall.

When I got there, the manager let me know that unfortunately the corporate customer service number is the same for store locations as it is for customers. Instead of sending me on my way, the manager actually sat with me and waited for corporate customer service to answer the phone and fix the issue with my order. The manager absolutely did not have to do that, but she chose to go above and beyond to help me out. I completely forgot to get her name, but I know she has purple-ish red kind of hair. Anyway, the staff here are awesome and super helpful :)

Loft quickly became one of my favorite clothing stores after I discovered it a couple years back…read more They always have such a fun array of colorful, cute and comfortable clothes that you can easily dress up. They also cater more to a curvy body type instead of a stick person, so it's much more realistic and helps make a shopper feel more normal, haha. Now, the prices here are definitely lofty (punny and meaning not ideal). On a normal I'm most likely not buying clothes I like, but I try to time my visits when sales are going on. Loft can really make up for their higher prices with having awesome sales. In example, I visited a few weeks ago when they had a 40% off your entire purchase deal- how can you argue that steal! I've always had good experiences at this location in Lakeland as well- the workers are super sweet and helpful without hovering. If you can't find quite the right size, they'll also happily order you the correct fit online that you can pick up in the store later or have shipped straight to you! Come at the right time and you can find a whole loft more than you bargained for! ;)
