Most places are hit or miss and I leave clothes concerned about the results. From the start, I had confidence in Kelly. She took the time for me to try the jackets on and knew what the length should be based on the type of jacket. I've been a couple different places where the people didn't know how things should look, only asking what I wanted and if that looked ok. I left two jackets with her to hem the sleaves. My jackets came back in a week and the sleeves were $25 each. They are perfect. The stitching is excellent, the fit is exactly how it should be and the jackets don't look hemmed. The sleeve cuffs are straight and look original. I'll be back here for all my alteration needs.

But painful arches while jogging prompted me to seek immediate help from this little shop. The store sits behind Bloomingdale library. I came in and was greeted by a cheerful and helpful clerk. I explained that I was there to buy a particular brand of inserts. But since I wasn't sure of the type, the clerk suggested that I have my feet scanned and she would recommend inserts based on the results. I ended up buying two pair of the inserts she recommended. I LOVE them! It all took about 15 minutes. While I was there, I sneaked a peek at the prices on the running shoes and looked around to see what other inventory they have. The shop is very well stocked with better running shoe brands including on cloud, brooks, and new balance. AND they were no more expensive than what I pay online. So my experience was all together pleasant. As somebody desperate to try to get away from Amazon being my primary retailer, I am definitely going to come to this shop for my next pair of shoes and whatever other running accoutrements I need.

Today, I go in to sell my clothes (which I had many spring/activewear apparel...which apparently are the only clothes they are buying at the moment) as well as some jackets and miscellaneous items. she seemed very excited to let me know that they will not be taking any of my items. it's really not the fact that my items are not being taken by her, It's the micro aggression behind her letting me know. I have enough discernment to know when someone is being nasty towards me versus when they are being genuine/authentic. With that being said, I will NOT be selling to this company anymore.
