This is a huge store and they always have many things on sale. I came in today and pretty much everything was half off so I hit some sweat pants and a beanie which only cost 1.25. The store is pretty neat for the most part and employees quite cheerful. read more

Sunday was my first time coming here ever. I have to say that while the store itself is large, once again, the inventory does not match what I say in the Herald Square location. None of the clothing here was anything I wanted. The toddler shoes they had were nice but not enough sizes and varieties were available there. I happened to come on a mass hiring event day. TJ Maxx was also doing the exact same thing. Lots of people dressed and ready to interview for seasonal work. Good news is that means more associates and I even saw more than 1 manager on the floor. Unfortunately, the managers for some reason gave me side eye while walking to the kids section. They were interviewing directly on the sales floor in clothes piles and I guess preemptively thought if they glared, I'd leave them alone. Having been a former GAP Inc. employee in my high school years, I'll never ask for help because I still remember the system and the rules. The clothes were for the most part neat in their little sections. I just didn't buy anything because they lacked what I was looking for. I'll give them 2 stars because it wasn't a stellar experience but it wasn't the worst. read more

Typical Old Navy prices, minus the cleanliness and customer service. I was able to go dumpster diving through their racks (accurate choice of vernacular per the condition of the store) and find a few pretty cool items on sale for 75% off. I wound up getting three long sleeve shirts for about 18$ total including tax. Save yourself the aches and pains and go to another Old Navy, like the one at Atlantic or Herald Square - those are my two faves. Their racks are always strewn about as if they have just given up at maintaining order and continuously throw whatever clothing they see fit on top of the older materials. Customer service wasn't terrible (unless you incorporate the cleanliness and orderly aspect), however it was pretty mediocre - which really, I am fine with. read more

I've been to this Oldnavy a handful of times. For the holidays, I'm surprised it's not crazy messy. There were plenty of workers. The line was long but it moved fairly quick. I was able to get everything I wanted. I wish they had their separate line for card holders like the last time I was there. That would have helped. read more

Disappointing. The front of the store was presentable but once you passed that it was horrid. You couldn't find anything or anyone to help you. When a store associate was finally found and was asked if she could help, she just pointed with her chin to the back of the store and said, "go look there." smh.. If you want to dig through messy piles and trip over items on the floor, this is the place for you. The lines are too long due to too few workers on the registers. While the woman who checked me out was courteous, it was not worth the 20 minute wait online. At least I have sone cheap flip flops for the summer. I used to hate Old Navy...I do not know why...but I did...but then I received an email that said Old Navy was having a big summer sale. So I saw the prices and then immediately headed on over to Gateway Center. Now while the staff were a bunch of drooling toolbags, I got clothes for the summer and saved a crap load. I will go back or shop on their website again in the fall. read more

OK...I know common sense isn't common, but come on. It's the weekend, you have an ongoing in-store promotion, this location is in a huge shopping complex WITH ONLY 5 CASH REGISTERS OPEN (one of which alternates between the growing line of customers and those looking to make online purchases. Who is running the operation here? Move folks from the sales floor to man those cash registers and cut down that line of customers. I mean it's sad that it wasn't until I was standing in line for 15 minutes, after having barely moved a foot that I scoured online for reviews. No surprise! IF I didn't have to return/exchange some pants and IF that long line wasn't hidden behind a centralized wall from incoming customers, I would have already walked out. Fair warning people, bring a chair, magazine, or crossword puzzle to kill some time. If i had to choose between the doctor's office and this store, I would choose the one with a waiting area. read more

I came here yesterday to shop as a customer and I couldn't believe what I heard from a male manager. The male manager name is "QUAN"! The male manager of this store was discussing a female personal issues with his staff while customers was around. I was quite shock of how unprofessional this male manager is! He lacks the basic skills of what a manager should be. It's nobody's business why any of your employees was sent home. He is uncouth and extremely disrespectful! As a manager, he's supposed to set a good example. He should be written up and ordered to take manager skills courses. Unbelievable, I hope Old Navy headquarters read this comment. This location ALWAYS looks like it was hit by a tornado....and not just on the .99¢ flip flop days (lets not talk about the half mile line and armed guards on those days). We only come to this location once in blue moon, and even that is too often. I will say this though, when they have all the registers open, that line moves at a very fast pace....but for the most part, it crawls. So, take the usually slow service, long lines and absolute horrid condition of the store, they get a total of one lonely star. Get to folding, people. read more

I visit here every so often. If I need to pick up a tshirt, I can come here. I need a quick pair of khakis, I'll come here. I need some active wear for the park or gym, I'll come here. The line can be a tad bit long at times. I would have given this review 5 stars, but one thing they need to fix is the way they schedule their staff and pay attention to the heavy-traffic times in the location. The lines can be a bit long although they move fairly fast. More staff will allow them to man more registers and get the guests out much quicker. read more

Holy crap, I tell you the rudest but the rudest people who hate there jobs. My wife goes here and always prepare for the worst. Not all of the workers are rude but mostly the cashier who seems to hate there jobs and try to make every shoppers shopping experience as miserable as they are. Horrible service. Long line, two cashiers moving slow. I asked for another cashier they said they couldn't get anyone. No walkie talkie. Then one cashier left with a long line still there. I asked for the manager. The cashier left to go find her and she wasn't much better. Bad attitude. Poor service. read more

Always clean, bright, the staff is helpful! The one downfall is you will be spending a lot of time on line waiting to pay despite the length of the line! But definitely a good store read more
