I was told that with rentals I "have to pick the lesser of two evils." the shoulders could fit or I could button the top button because of my body. Then I was told there were no suspenders to keep the pants up. I asked if a pair could be added and was told it was "too late" so I would have to buy a pair if I wanted them. Weird how we could change/fix a whole suitcoat but not add suspenders. Then during the time I was being helped, the associate kept going to help another customer, trying to be in two places at once. I understand the store was busy, but there was a virtual line. I expect for an event like this and with the money I'm spending that there would be a bit more care and attention made. Never again!

It has a bit of a warehouse vibe. The staff is helpful and will help you find what you need. My husband got a very nice, high quality suit for a very reasonable price. The alterations were great and the turn around time was very quick. They had a lot of unique and stand out styles for anyone wanting something besides the same old styles and colors that everyone else sells. They also let him swap pant sizes so the pants could have a better alteration since his top and bottom sizes aren't the same with the standard sizing that comes with suits off the rack. This day should have been a joyous time for me and family, however it turned out to be so dramatic for NO REASON! I wish I never walked into Uomo Da Milano. My entire day was ruined before the son's graduation, unfortunately we did not have a family dinner prior to the MOST IMPORTANT DAY of my son's life! This is the series of events: I walked into the store on Friday May 17th, I asked the cashier to assist my son with hemming his pants and the waist of the pants. The crazy lady at the desk charged my son $100.00 for an alteration, plus tax. I went around the corner in the mall to another alternation store with a professional tailor on site - the price was $18.00 for the same job. I went back to retrieve the pants, however, they never gave me back my refund. It has been a total nightmare dealing with this store. The owner called me to give me the full refund within a few hours. I returned back to the store hoping to get my refund to no avail. The crazy lady insisted that she already credited the card. I told her the owner called me and he asked to swipe my card for the refund. She was adamant that the refund was given and she gave me a receipt. Guess what? It is Thursday, nearly one week later - NO REFUND! I called her back she said, Go ahead and make a dispute with your bank! LORD, have Mercy! You cannot make this stuff up. I am going to report them to Better Business Bureau and the the AG Office. Good luck Brown people!

I have to say I was amazed on how many different suits, blazers, sport coats and ties they have to offer. The quality of the suits are just as good as Macy's but this place has more eye catching suits than Macy's. You do have to pay extra for alterations, at first i was disappointed because i feel that should be done for free. But when the employee said it will be done in 20mins, and not a week like other places i have gone to. The extra price for the services was well worth it. Looking forward to coming back

absolute insanity!!!!! i was followed by one of their lpo,…read morehe attacked me as i was exiting the store and tried accusing me of stealing my very own belt i arrived in!!!!!!! i was cooperative untill this lpo took it too far thinking he could take my phone, try to cuff me to a bench & lock me in a small room as he looked the through my personal bag. i demanded the police before handing the guy my belt for him to see it was not even a new belt!!! it was a (vince cumoto) belt i had worn walking into that location & had purchased 4 months prior @ a local tjmaxx!!! after police arrived they decided to restrict me from going on any macy's property and required me to provide a receipt to get my belt returned!!!! thank god for tjmaxx & their crew for pulling through! not even an apology for telling my minor children that their mother was a thief & to get a cab hours away home!!!!!!!! unbelievable!

Came in here again because my suit was delivered and left disappointed. Why? Well, to start with I…read morehave to make a 3rd trip back. Despite being measured the first time, the pant size came in way too long. They measured my legs the first time; why they couldn't adjust it right away and have it properly fit it and have to take my measurements twice doesn't really compute with me. To top it off, the adjustments can't be made on the actual suit with their in-house tailor so they don't really have a solution to the "oh you feel like the suit doesn't fit very well? well our tailor can't work on that," and while they do offer referrals to other tailors who can potentially help, probably not enough time before my friend's wedding to get that fixed. I also felt like the adjustment fees were a bit sneaky. If they charged me for the adjustment/fitting right away or it was priced into the suit, it would just make more sense to me then to be hit with another fee afterward for what to me just seems like inefficiency. Coming back for a 3rd time? I bought a suit once somewhere else and I was in and out in under 15 minutes with an awesome suit that I still treasure to this day. Oh, and it fits and looks way better than the one I purchased from here. Although I was relatively a fan of the experience in the beginning, I'm now less than satisfied and not sure whether I would recommend them.
