Wesselman's has been where I've gone for my dry cleaning services for the past several years. I have never had an issue with service there, and the prices are pretty fair. I just dropped off my wedding dress for cleaning (not preserving) and the cost was 200 to be sent out. I am confident in trusting them with such an important piece of clothing. For normal dry cleaning, they have a discount if you pay in cash, which I mean.. who doesn't love a little more money in their pocket if they have cash instead? I've also had a few pieces altered by their seamstress who's been there for awhile. She does a wonderful job. Recommend Wesselmans if you're in the north buffalo area. read more

This place is INCREDIBLE. I found them on Yelp and had a suit that my grandmother bought for me 11 years ago that was really important to me cleaned up and tailored. I also wanted to purchase a belt and tie and the folks working there were so incredible. They helped me get fitted, made excellent suggestions on refreshing the suit, and were such a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend John Paul Tailors enough. A week before my wedding, I learned that the suit I had preordered from Men's Wearhouse was never actually ordered. During my frantic "Groomzilla" moment, we called numerous suit shops and tailors that told us they couldn't have a suit ready by the wedding date. Then we called John Paul Tailors, and not only did they say they could do it, but backed it up with incredibly personalized service. They cooled my nerves, found a fantastic suit and tie, tailored it perfectly, and made me shine on my wedding day. Could not have better things to say about this place! I recently picked up my bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal for a wedding next year. When I brought it home to hang it up, the strap popped right out of the stitching. Annoyed, but knowing this would be a simple fix (and could do on my own if I had any skills with a needle and thread), I came on Yelp to find some assistance from somewhere near my work that I could run to on a lunch break. Enter, JP Tailors. I saw that there were mostly male reviews as it is more of a mens shop, but do not be alarmed ladies, GO HERE. They do women's clothing as well! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two workers, one I am guessing was the owner. They were super friendly and eager to help! I told them what I needed and he took it right back to his seamstress. It was completed in less than 10 minutes and he told me no charge! This was amazing customer service and amazing work! I may need to get my dress shortened but haven't decided on the shoes yet. All I'm sayin is, I will be coming back here for any and all alterations. I suggest you do the same. She prepared me for my wedding dress fitting and was extremely organized with helping to get my groom, groomsmen and father fitted with their suits. I reached out to JPs with an inquiry on the cost to let out and hem some pants. I received an immediate response from the owner, Sam. I stopped in to see if he could help me, but unfortunately the pants were a little too small and did not have enough spare fabric to let them out to an appropriate fit. Rather than try to make the sale despite the poor fit, Sam was very accommodating and honest. He suggested looking elsewhere to find a suit that was a better fit. On my way out he asked that I let him know how it all turned out. Well I did just that! While he wasn't able to help me out, his integrity is very much appreciated! I am so impressed by this shop that I feel compelled to let everyone know how great they are. My son is about to go to junior prom (wasn't he a tiny baby a minute ago???) and he is tall and lanky. We started at department stores but there was nothing even close enough to his size that we could even get it tailored to fit. He's about a 30 X 34 pant and our choices were to get either the width or the height but not both!! We stopped into this shop to see what they had and our experience was so fabulous that I doubt my son will ever try to get a suit at the mall ever again. They are appointment only, which we didn't know, but they took us anyway. They have an amazing selection, the employees were all kind, helpful, and professional. They quickly found him a suit, shirt, tie, and pocket square that work perfectly for him. They measured everything to tailor the suit and we picked it up about 10 days later - it is perfect! The prices were not much higher than the mall suits and when you consider the tailoring and the service, this was a MUCH better bargain! I bought a dress for my Christmas Party which was a week away. Loved the dress and got a great deal on it. Got it home and realized the zipper was ripping off the dress!! Took my dress and 2 sweatshirts that needed zipper repairs to JP Tailors after reading great reviews. He fixed my dress, and both sweatshirts while I waited! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! While there I had the coat let out which it needed. The work was done exceptionally well. I also purchased a set of men's braces, which are far better than the department store options available. I needed a suit for a wake and a funeral with a short lead time due to circumstance. To make things worse, I knew next to nothing about suits and had no idea where to start. Sam & Lori turned all of that on its head. They helped me in every way another human being could in regards to this experience. They took the time to help me find a suit that looked great on me (which has been tough for me in the past) and made me feel welcome and comfortable in the store. They gave me a great deal that was well within my budget when they absolutely didn't have to. They even took the time out of their busy schedules to educate me on how to wear and care for the suit I was investing in. They helped with all the accessories from shoes, to a belt, to shirts, ties, and pocket squares and they made it a truly enjoyable experience. To top it all off, Sam took the jacket, pants, and vest, which I had requested to have altered within three days, and did it within a matter of literal hours in the very same day. I am floored by the service I received and I can honestly say that I think it is the best I've experienced in my lifetime. Lori & Sam took a nerve-wracking obstacle and not only helped me through it with ease, but made it downright fun despite the circumstances of my visit. I needed some alterations done on some pants and I searched for a local tailor here in Cheektowaga. I found JP Tailors and took my items to Sam. Sam was very courteous and helpful in getting my items fitted correctly. When I went to pick up my items Sam remembered who I was and went right back and grabbed my stuff. Because I brought 4 or 5 things to be altered he took a couple of dollars off each item! Which was great because the prices are already pretty good...add a little discount and he has secured a customer for years to come! Not to mention his alterations were excellent! Took my dress to get altered here. As a men's store, it is difficult to find a place to do alterations for women's clothing (especially dresses). They did a spectacular job and tailored the dress perfectly. The turn around time was quick for a small shop. In the store, they do have a great selection of suits and ties for a firm price! Absolutely the best. I needed to get a newly purchased, very poorly fitting suit taylored for my sweetheart's funeral service in the afternoon. I travelled about 25 miles on a hunch, thinking I had no chance. He told me I was his first priority. I ended up buying a suit, 3 shirts, 3 ties from him, and returned the poorly fitting suit. He had the new suit perfectly tailored in an hour! I actually cried I was so happy. This man is now my tailor, and I will continue to travel that far to get to him. Stopped in today after calling a few hours ahead of time to set up a consult for wedding suits for me and my groomsmen and they squeezed me in no questions asked!! Walked in the place and noticed a nice arrary of suits around the shop ... They literally had every thing you can think of. It was really busy and the staff was always incredibly nice and curtious to everyone in there...A customer stopped in while I was waiting who had a long sleeve dress shirt and wanted to make it in to a short sleeve shirt then asked for it to be done by tomorrow the guy didn't even blink and said it would be ready, I didn't even know you could do that! Lol The wedding suits were 179$ and that's to actually purchase them not to rent so all the groomsmen get to keep them instead of the normal 140-160 rental fees...That price included the tie, dress shirt and pocket square as well. So, needless to say this place has really good prices. That being said they also carry tons of high end stuff as well if your looking to splurge. The staff let me try on a few of the higher end suits just to see and I wish they hadn't because they we by far some of the nicest suits I'll ever try on in my life! Overall I'm really happy with the service especially becuase our weeding is in 2 months and they were more than accommodating to help out... Definitely recommended this place for any tailoring or suit/tuxedo needs!! read more

Super sweet staff, they were amazing to work with remembered everyone's name and even worked with us when one of the guys decided to stiff on being in the wedding. They handled all the sizing even for our 3 out of town groomsmen and even did the alterations quick and without hassle. We got our wedding party suites and the father of the bride suite and I can't even tell you how many people said how great they looked.
