I was in the store less than 10 minutes. I'd use the pick up service again if needed.

Today my problem was that my mother in law forgot to pay her bill. She is 86 and in a nursing home. I said no problem. I'll go by and pay her bill. She gives me a check and the stub from her bill. Apparently you can't give Kohls any money unless I have her charge card or her drivers license. I have to say if they are trying to get people not to shop there, they are succeeding.

My quest for a suit/suit coat for a wedding took me from one end of the men's clothing spectrum to the other. My first stop at another store had me trying on a fantastic sports coat that I later realized was priced at $1,200. I politely excused myself and headed for the other end of the spectrum. The other end didn't work for me either. When I went to this Jos A Banks store to get my coat tailored I looked at the rack in my size and knew I needed to bring my fashion consultant (wife) back to take a look. Between yesterday and today we spent about 4 hours in the store updating my aged wardrobe. Several coats, shirts, ties, and slacks later I'm very satisfied. I was also lucky enough to drop into a sale and find several coats on clearance that fit perfectly. And I have to admit that were it not for the sale I would have probably stopped with the one coat, slacks and shirt and made it work with one of my old ties. Joseph Banks happened to be running a promotion of "buy one, get one free" pants, so I called my dad (who is the store's biggest fan) and he came running down to meet us and get a good deal. The employee that helped us grabbed my boyfriend's sports coat and started pairing it with different pants until he had found the optimum pair. Unfortunately, the slacks that looked stunning with the jacket were not "ready-to-wear," they needed to be hemmed. We asked if there was any chance they could be hemmed before the store closed that evening but the employee told us the tailor was leaving as we spoke. He stopped us and ran to the back and five minutes later returned and said "go put them on so we can measure, they'll be done in less than an hour." Great! 45 minutes later we were called back to the store and my dad and boyfriend went in on an order together and got two pairs of nice dress slacks for $50 each! Not a bad deal at all. Great service and great clothing, I bought a cool pink and navy striped tie for my boyfriend while we were there.

Of course I had to take advantage of the sale rack. Ended up finding two sweaters for $13.99 and a pack of workout socks for $9.99. At checkout the cashier mentioned rewards program which is free. If you first sign up, you get 10% off your first purchase. Had to take advantage of that. Overall, I love H&M, good to know that I can shop at one even if I have to drive 40 minutes out of my way.

I don't mind waiting if someone is truly apologetic and takes a second to acknowledge that I'm standing there. If I were that new hire, I'd never come back. My issue wasn't having to wait in line, my issue was their inconsiderate behavior and lack of respect and acknowledgement, and it needs addressed. I asked a young woman who worked there for assistance, but she was no help. She indicated the mate to the boot would be behind the boot I tried on. No, they weren't. After 45 minutes of wasting my time, I walked out of the store, aggravated and without new boots. A store named Boot Barn should be a great place to buy boots, not disorganized chaos. The brands were scattered and sizes were in no order. There was a great selection of mis-matched boots. I'll never go back.

The selection was ok, although some sections seemed kind of empty. Parking is easy right out front. Find everything here from Bed, Bath, Pet, Baby, Kids/Adult clothing, shoes, purses, and some gift items.
