She listened to my concerns and was very professional and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about her, only because I had dealings with Customer Service for the same issue and they were not willing to listen and help me to correct the issue. Pavani listened, let me speak, and corrected my issue, she did not interrupt me as I was trying to explain what happened to my order and she resolved my issue. I wish ALL Customer Service people were like her. She's a great role model for your Company.

Here is the true killer here though, I came mid day on a Sunday which is usually slow in most places but ended up waiting on one of the most massive lines I have ever seen anywhere. It literally wrapped around 2 lanes and then continued to wrap all the way into the home goods section. Imagine a Shake Shack line during peak time multiplied by 3 and you get the idea. They REALLY need more registers or faster clerks, I'm sure they lose a lot of money from people changing their mind on merchandise or calling it quits from the line. If you want a great selection and have the patience to the survive the massive register line, then you should be ok. The mall has 4 stories and many sections to explore. Fast casual food is clustered in a food court together (Vanessa's dumplings, pizza, ect). Sit down restaurants are a floor above (Yard House. Hibachi, ect). Bubble tea and ice cream shops are sprinkled throughout. Place has a mix of luxury stores (Gucci, Tiffany & Co, Hermes) and budget options (Uniqlo, Gap). I also saw a self serve wine bar and a champagne bar. What makes this place stand out is the indoor water park, the Nickelodeon theme amusement park, indoor ski slope with artificial snow and live theater. An H-Mart supermarket and food hall claim residence. They also have a large arcade with claw machines, video games and interactive games. A fun place to just shop, or have fun at the attraction parks.

This mall is huge. I happened to enter on a more quieter side. I strolled through the section of the mall I entered in and was in complete sensory overload because its so much to see and the stores were abundant. There were plenty of resting areas in the mall and of a more luxury appeal. This mall boast of an indoor amusement park. The park is not in my opinion work the cost. It appeared that Nickelodeon portion is a separate fee from the waterpark portion. The amusement park portion was in a more crowded and busier portion of the mall. You wouldn't know it was there if you hadn't heard about it. The clothes inside are very well curated. They don't sell things like Old Navy or Cat & Jack. All the clothes are mid range to high end with everything from Zara to Gucci. All the clothes are like new or slightly worn - no stains or signs of heavy wear. Prices are reasonable and they seem to filter through a lot of clothes. I came two weeks back to back (to make a return and drop off some shoes) and I saw mostly new items I hadn't seen previously. If you have kids and enjoy a thrift this is the place for you!
