The staff here also seems to be younger and less knowledgeable than the south park location, but hey, i know my j crew, i don't care about having the staff to sugar coat everything for me. I am also a graduate student, so I get extra 15% off (as long as you have some type of student ID they will take it, and even if you forgot your ID card, you can ask for it and see if they'll give it to you). Don't let them fool you on no student discount on sale items, I was fooled a couple times at the south park location!!

She has never seen a Levi's outlet store before and was super excited to try it out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted. That's always a great feeling. My sister found a ton of jeans to try on. Thankfully she narrowed it down to about 4. Trying on clothes in this store is a totally different experience. Such a positive one. I am irritated I don't remember the ladies name. She was super awesome. My sister came out and asked me if I could get her a different size... she was telling me what she liked and the issues... all while doing that, the lady who was in charge of the dressing room area was already on it! She called someone on the floor to find the size and style... and when I went to turn around, she was handing me the size! I couldn't believe the awesome service we experienced. She rocks. This whole store rocks. Check out was super easy and they also give a 15% discount for students in school! My sister got to use that and that was even better. Now when they do have sales, they're pretty fantastic. 40% - 75% off in most cases. However, I will say this location stays very neat & organized & the staff are helpful & polite. Has two City Sweat shirts that I had no receipts, hang tags, and had washed once. In the past, if I had any issue with any item, I took to store and they allowed me to exchange for a different item. Manager stated that has never been their policy (which could be accurate) but has never been enforced in last 4 years. Willing to pay twice what a similar item made by Nike, Carhart, REI .... Last Lulu item I will purchase. I will buy Free Fly, Orvis, or similar high quality clothing but no more LuLu.
