I hadn't been in Kohl's in a while and store was organized beautifully and the employees were friendly and helpful. So, Kohl's will definitely benefit from the extra foot traffic. When the return transaction was complete. The employee gave me a Kohl's coupon for 25% off that expires within 7 days. Since I had to walk through the store to leave, I was tempted to purchase something. That's a good partnership.

However, she also said that BB was running 5 days behind with orders due to their busy Easter season. Easter is still 3 weeks away. The drop off was alright I had to fill out a form on their tablet and then sign. It was easy. They called me within a few hours the first time and they called me the next day the second time. The first time I had a huge bag of clothing and a few baby items as well as a like-new boppi pillow and several items with tags on. I got $27 and was like hmm ok well I'll be more careful with my next time so I can get more for my items. So this second time, I brought baby toy sets that were gently used, 2 kids bathing suits both with tags on, several great condition baby toys that were hardly used. I got $8. She tried to encourage me with coupons and I replied that I am not good with paper coupons, instead I like to use my Coupon Sherpa app. She replied that "using those apps harms their business" and that those coupons are not supposed to be used by me. She claimed they are coupons sent to people who sign up for their rewards program and that they shouldn't be able to be used by just anyone. Then she went on to say that Carter's will not be allowing people to use those coupons soon and only will be sending people personalized coupons so if you don't spend a lot of money at their store, they won't send me very good coupons. These comments made me feel like I was a bad person for using a coupon. The coupons on this app were the same ones that I would find by logging on to Carters.com I will still continue to buy Carter's clothes, but I may not chose to buy them from this particular store.
