This location was overall clean and had good inventory. I wasn't able to find a few sandals I was interested in with my size so I asked an associate if they had any in the back and they were helpful enough to assist and let me know that I could order with them to have it shipped to my house for free. Last week they had the tax free weekend for the school's uniform and I liked how Old Navy had wonderful prices beside the tax free. Organized and clean store with elegible signs everywhere. I shop at this location for my toddler and husband. I usually wait for good sales, 40% off. I give it two stars, as I find the carts to be quite dangerous for children (about 1/2 side of regular carts --two tier system). My daughter was trying to reach something while seating on one of the carts as I had her right next to me while paying, and cart nearly tilted it over. This was near the register, she was crying from the top of her lungs, and not one employee offered any assistance (help getting the child/cart up), nor did they ask if daughter was ok. Ive also had huge issues with CC I opened late last year. As card never made it to my home. When I go to use it by providing social, since it hasn't been activated, it never works.Due to this issue, each time I go, they offer to sign me up for a new card (this has happened 3 times). I allowed it the second time, but after reading their terms, they cannot do this, staff was breaking company rules. I guess they get some sort of commission for signing people up? anyway.....the store and headquarters don't communicate well--they have my correct address on file, not sure what the issue is. Ive continued to shop here, because prices are good, and quality of some items, is also good. Service is not all that great, and don't feel like my child is safe, ridding those carts. read more

As much traffic as this Old Navy gets they are always super organized. They have a HUGE selection of things on sale for the summer, which you can still use for a few more months in Miami lol. Swim trunks are down to about $10, tanks to $8, T-Shirts and flip slops all on sale. They have a cool "quick change" section right in the middle of the store for anyone that doesn't want to go to the fitting rooms and just needs to try on a shirt really quick. GREAT IDEA! read more

I have to agree with Emily here, this is by far the nicest, neatest, best Old Navy I've ever visited. I came to exchange a Christmas gift and of course picked up a few other things and my first tip this would be a different experience was the especially friendly greeter they had at the door. This Old Navy isn't set up like the rest, first it's different because it's not a hot mess of clothes piled up everywhere. They've split the store up a la Gap, kids men and women. Secondly, the fitting rooms are well kept and lastly because everyone who works here is super friendly and they don't look at you cross eyed when you ask a question. Sadly, this awesomeness is bad for my wallet but I'm glad I know I don't have to climb piles of clothes the next time I need to shop here! read more

I think this is the BEST Old Navy store. I think they have the best service. I think all of them have really good customer service, but this one in particular has OUTSTANDING customer service. The staff is really helpful and will try to help you find what you are looking for. Trust me, my bf is SUPER picky about his jeans! I honestly think Old Navy is the best store ever, and I've watched it grow, from when they were more of a gap clone to modern times as a store that has a little bit of everything, even trendy outfits for cheap prices. I especially love their online store. They have so many specials it's ridiculous! I love shopping at their online store. Half of my closet, I think, is Old Navy. I have been to a lot of Old Navys...and this one is hands down one of the better ones. After you get over the parking mission- which is a pain in the you know what... once you walk in you realize it is totally worth it. I am all for bargains and this place has them! If you have their card, use it! I get coupons all the time for up to $20 off, and take advantage of their sales, they are pretty good also. It is almost always organized, the staff is friendly, and the music isn't too loud like another Old Navy that shall remain nameless but is in the vicinity of Doral... This Old Navy is ALWAYS packed and then to top it off I feel like there's never enough cashiers. On this particular weekend there were 2 cashiers, why would they do that?!Now this plaza is very busy so I usually have to circle around a couple of times before finding decent parking but growing up in Kendall seems like everywhere is congested so I'm use to it but still some days can be annoying. Anyhow there usually are great sales and I'm always in need of a plain color tank top or flip flops ( we live in Miami, flip flops are a must) and they have a good selection of colors and patterns. They have workout gear that's very colorful and comfy. Their accessories and eyewear are cute you just have to look and it's age appropriate so you'll find something for everyone. All in all Old Navy is still cool and reasonably priced and there jeans are comfortable so it's still a good clothing store for your day to day wear. Old Navy is a store I have been using to purchase shirts that I work out with. The staff is always friendly, the store is not the most organized at all times, but considering the type of store it is, it's understandable. What I don't find very appealing, are the prices for their close. I am not a the type of person that needs to buy everything at a maximum price, and Old Navy has their quality materials that would last a couple years. For what they have and the costumer service they provide, I think 4 stars is a fair rating. read more

I like Old Navy, however this particular store only gets 2 stars because of the long lines. I have gone three times to this store during 2016 and each time I've had to wait in line for over 30 minutes, with only 3 or 4 customers in front of me. Considering there's only 2 registers open that's an average of about 8 minutes per purchase transaction. Why is each transaction at the register so long? I don't understand. Please Old Navy, fix your issue at the register. It's the last thing a customer sees before leaving the store, that is if they don't get tired of waiting in line. read more

i love old navy. i hadn't been in ages and i walked in the other day since, i was looking for shorts and they had so many and all of course at good prices. i ended up buying more then what i needed. I bought clothes for my kids and even ending up getting the store card.. i know that is very bad but, whatever one store card is not bad.
