I recently bought a suit at this MW location. The salesperson was very helpful and patient while I looked for suit that fit me correctly for a wedding that I am attending. I was able to buy the suit, the shirt, tie , handkerchief and shoes. The salesperson was top notch. However my only caveat is the following. I know that the MW is a chain franchise and I have bought suits there in the past. When I went to pick up my suit a week later, I was being charged 3$ for a plastic / vinyl garment bag that suits came in when I purchased in the past. Three dollars is not going to break me, but after spending over 1000$ on a suit and accessories, you would think that it was included. This is called nickel and diming a person where I was raised. This takes away from the experience. I hope that the MW changes its policy because it will change the way I look at the franchise. My daughter, grandson & I went into the store for some last minute shopping before my grandson left for college out of state. We were approached by a sales associate, Andres who greeted us in a very professional manner....not pushy. After explaining what we were looking for, he lost no time in steering us to the area where we found exactly what we came in for. Andres remained very helpful & patient. As we checked out at the cash register Andres painstakingly took the extra time to re-fold the items we purchased exactly as the manufacturer had originally displayed them making it very easy to pack for the return trip to college. Who does this anymore? Normally the sales person wads it up & throws it in a bag! Kudos to Andres for making the experience easy & memorable. I honestly felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome during my visit. When we walked in, we weren't greeted at all, and none of the staff asked if we needed help. Instead, they looked at us and walked away. Moments later, another customer came in and the staff quickly rushed to assist them and stayed by their side the entire time. It was hard not to notice the difference in how we were treated. So due of this experience, we chose to leave and go to another store. No customer should feel ignored or unwelcome. I came in to get fitted for a tuxedo rental for an upcoming wedding and honestly don't have much experience with suits or formal wear. From the moment I walked in, both gentlemen were incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the fit was just right, and never made me feel rushed or out of place. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made what could have been a stressful process very easy and even enjoyable. I even tried to tip them for their outstanding service, and they politely declined -- which says a lot about their character and dedication to doing a great job. WARNING BRIDES!!! WARNING TO ALL BRIDES DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 days before the wedding come to find out 2 groomsmen suits were lost and never arrived in shipping and the grooms pants were a full foot too short. We were then told best they could do was deliver TO THE WEDDING 1 hour before the start time (wedding was at 1 pm and best they could do was try to deliver by 12 to the church). We went now the day after the wedding to drop off suit and were told it was a late return and we were gonna be charged $20... our receipt clearly says due 12/01/2025. Guy then made it seem like he was going to DO US A FAVOR and waive the fee.. even though the return wasn't late... it's crazy with all we went through to then make it seem like we owe you for a favor get out of here. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE 0/10. Oh and this wasn't an isolated incident. My husband says there were 70 other suits that were lost. read more

I used to work at David's Bridal (sister store) so like I get it!! I know how it works. But this is ridiculous. My husband goes into this location on 2/9. He gets told they don't take walk ins - fine!! He makes an appointment for today, 2/17, the first available appointment. Which is insane - 8 days later?? This isn't even wedding busy season, yikes. And, a giant pain because of transportation and work but whatever!! We were going to make it work. Today, 2/17, my husband tried to call because he hadn't received confirmation of the appointment. Phone rings and rings and rings. Annoying but we're sure they just mistyped the email! He gets there and... they didn't put in his appointment. Can they see him today? No, next available is Wednesday 2/19. Why can't they see him today? Because there is ONE person working in the store. Y'all. I get it. Entered the store with my fiancé to buy suit for him and 6pm and the employee complained that it was too late to help him find a suit....excuse me the store closes at 9pm. With a bad attitude he decided to help us. I told him I wanted my fiancé to try some on to make a decision and said he wasn't able to do that due to the fact the store closed in 3 hours. Any ways he proceeded to then insult me because he one commented that my spring wedding colors were "chaos" and not formal and that I can't be helped because I said I didn't like the tuxedo he insisted I purchased without trying on. Had an appointment for setting up my wedding party. The employees asked me for my wife's information and I explained this is just for me and my groomsmen and to use my contact information as hers. He sarcastically scoffed and replied "are you scared I'm going to hit up your girl"..... ummm excuse me? never have I heard such a disrespectful and unprofessional remark/question by a sales associate. I then complained to the manager and while I was complaining the original employee was mocking me making "cry baby" gestures, and when I told the manager in real time the employee responded "I'm wiping my eyes".... I am just in complete disbelief and awe by how absolutely childish and inappropriate this employees behavior and remarks were to me. The store lost business for 9 groomsmen and 1 purchased tuxedo for the groom, me. We visted the Store today to buy 3 suits and as soon as we entered, we felt the annoyance of the vendors. They ignored us until I had to ask if anyone could help us. Very rudely one of the sellers asked me: WHAT DO YOU WANT? to which I responded: obviously to buy a suit. The staff at this location are very unprofessional/ not helpful. One of the male managers I assume saw me enter the store and completely ignored me. All I needed was to pick up a pair of pants of which were tailored for me but I guess he was too busy. After receiving my pants I asked if they had a silver hanker-chief and again to no surprise was I not helped but was actually given to another employee who was no help either. Flaws in crouch of pants, loose threads on one jacket, irregular cut on jacket shoulders and back of pants. My two customer tailored suits both had flaws, one so bad I asked for a full refund. Seamstress didn't speak English and could not fix tailoring flaws. Jackets had no external pockets. Service was so bad I don't want to return. Not recommended. read more

Made an emergency stop to buy a dress shirt since mine had been stained. Found a good deal on the clearance rack and made the line for check out. I was the last in line and when it came the moment to check me out and pay the cashier said I needed to wait for him to fold some clothes; I was clearly in a rush as I handed him shirt and payment but he ignored me and so I politely and patiently waited. When he finally decided to help, he tried to sign me up for the rewards program, at which point I said "I am not interested in any programs or special offers and I'm in a bit of a rush", once my transaction was paid and I saw the approval, I grabbed my shirt and said "I don't need a bag, thank you". To make a long story short the guy followed me out of the store as if to fight me over me not wanting to accept a bag. He even physically grabbed me (it's ok he's a little guy, but shesh, talk about a temper) The manager had to come out of the store to grab him and all. To be short- we went two weekends ago and we're told that we needed appointments to be seen. My husband made it and specifically asked the gentleman helping us if everyone in our party needed an additional appointment, we were told no, one was sufficient for everyone. Come the day of the appointment, everyone ready to be measured and whatnot and we were rudely informed that it was ridiculous that they could see 4 people in one appointment, which is the reason we asked initially, we informed the employee that we were given that information by another employee and he said that was not possible. He rudely told one of them that he could only measure one within the hour and the rest had to make separate appointments for later days. The gentleman was happy that we decided to leave and didn't even bother to try to help us out. We went to Mr. Tux on the other side of the highway and they turned our day around! I headed off to Marshall's down the street and found nothing. Seeing Men's Warehouse, I headed in and started examining the large number of coats everywhere. Seeing my hopelessly lost in an ocean of suit jackets and blazers, Bob came up and started helping me find the right jacket that fits. First it was the shoulders, then it was the chest, and then we found some vests and pants. Bob also helped me find the buy one get one free suit so I got maximum bang for my buck. Across every step of the process Bob was looking to help find maximum value, whether that was helping to find shoes on super discount, letting me know all of the gift card tiers, and making the process as seamless as possible. I purchased a suit for my son's prom today. It was our first time at Men's Warehouse and Alfonso helped us. Alfonso made our visit exceptional. He took the time to listen to what my son needed and truly went above and beyond with my son. Never let anyone of the wedding party know of the return date for the suits (even though we had 5 groomsmen pick up our suits all together). Supposedly the suits had to be returned the following day after the wedding, which we only live about 12 min away from men's wear house. Some of us work and others just decided to take it a day or two later. We were all forced to pay a late fee for the suit, even though we declared that we were never warned about it. Allen who was the manager attending me, kept trying to wave out our statements by stating that they can lower it to $20 per person even though we should've not paid anything with out an initial warning. read more

I love feeling like a million bucks and i do everytime i go to Men's Warehouse. "You're going to like the way you look..i guarantee it" is the slogan they have used forever. For the past 5 years i have been a regular client here buying everything from socks to shoes to suits to shirts to ties to well...pretty much everything dressy like for us guys. From my first experience to my most recent visit on MOnday my sales guy Carlos O. always goes above and way beyond the call of duty. Now i am not the easiest person to dress especially 5 years ago. I needed the big and tall section and that made selections even slimmer. (hahaha get it...lol) They have always been patient with me and have always found something that i would like. The key is to go when they have their sales and become part of the frequent client club because you get some really great incentives. I feel like i have my own private tailor and personal shopper when i enter the store. Now that i have lost weight i am almost able to buy from the non big and tall section and i can only imagine the possibilities. Carlos is always looking out for his clients for sales and ways to help a guy out. Clothes are amazing but this store lacks structure. I've had alterations done here 3 separate occasions, each time they cannot find my product. It can't be that difficult to alter clothes and return them in a timely manner. Every time I'm here I see people walk out because they are not being helped. These guys are the best. I've also dealt with the Men's Wearhouse in the International Mall and they were just not as good, service wise. I had to coordinate 15 tux rentals and they were nothing, but superb. The store manager fixed any problem that arose last minute without any questions asked. I also managed to get a free tux rental and a free $400 suit, so it's hard to complain. I can't recommend these guys more. They helped me with my rentals every step of the way. We had a problem getting our tuxedo in time, and she went out of her way to reorder it and had shipped overnight to make sure we had it on time. By far a terrible experience all around, had to make multiple visits to this location as my inconveniences were to be fixed and couldn't be resolved on that same visit. This location defines the terms disorganized and unprofessional, not once did they show any empathy for all the mistakes that were made as this suit was for a wedding and not only did they mess up on my pants, they messed up on ALL of the groomsmen's jacket colors two days before the wedding and had us coming back and forth which obviously caused a big inconvenience. The associates have no sense of communication amongst each other as I had to repeat my situation more than twice. This is store that I had been going to for well over 10 years. I spent a lot of money in that place. I am however extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager SHAWN. I bought some pants there exactly 1 month ago. One was ordered, waited 1 month for it, had to be reordered when I called to complain 3 times Today I called the store 8 times to find out status, my calls went to a VM. I thought they were closed. I called 800# cust service, they were unable to reach them also. I went in on my way home. I was upset as no one answered my calls. This mgr, Shawn exposed in anger. Got into my face. Threatened to call the cops only. Totally embarrassed me. Held the door open, told me to get the hell out. She is not a leader. No way this store can remain successful w this type of management.
