They probably know me as it is the only store I…read moreshop for just about everything from: kitchen to small appliance to home goods, linens, Christmas, grandkids, men's & women's clothes and shoes etc. HOWEVER we moved to Blairsville from Woodstock 8 years ago and it is getting harder and harder to get there within their pickup window around other visits to Canton. I see others are also complaining about that. There are MANY Blairsville people that shop KOHLS and at one point a rumor they would build one here. Earlier this month I called the store on a Sunday because I could not get there until WED....the gal said she could put a 2 day extra pickup on the record and told me to call back Tuesday and ask them to take my order to customer service for a hold to pick up WED. I called Tuesday as instructed by her and told them as to what she had told me...I was told 'no can do'. Asked for a manger and she said 'no can do'...that "Online orders are pulled already and shipped back and they cannot override them" Later that day I got an email from Kohls saying thanks for your pickup. WELL I just ignored the email until the bill came today and sure enough it is on the credit card bill?!! I am basically DONE with Kohls. They have lost a faithful life long customer since they opened in Canton. I guess the manager took my order? So much pulled for return to online center?!

My husband thinks that this is an oxymoron but to me, it makes perfect sense because of the original Birkenstock sandal. I like the idea of an open "slip on". This store did not really have what I wanted but I have noticed that their selection is very poor and not because of quantity but quality. I challenged my husband to find one pair of ladies boots that were leather and he couldn't. Even once trusted brands that only delivered quality leather option have gone with vegan leather. Now, here is the deal, I don't mind that you prefer to sell vegan leather but the lower quality should be reflected in the price. Also, I think the boxes should carry a special marker to indicate that the product is not leather. As a general practice, I would love for stores to organize their shoes according to leather and non-leather options for the sake of convenience. This store chain has become the Dollar Store of shoes and is no longer an option for me.

Your signs in your dressing room are a reflection of employee laziness and poor customer service…read more There are so many other ways to request customers to bring their items to the return rack. I am surprised management approves of these signs. I like the clothing and will return again but if these signs are still posted I will not return. Next door to Papaya is another store that caters to younger generation and they don't post signs like this. I'm 40 and it offends me.

While driving in, I happened to see an employee and I asked him what time his store opens. He said to me "we are open". It was 733AM. Yep, drove up, closed. How does an employee not know their own hours? Was he just being a jerk? Is he really that dumb? Not a big deal except I was in a hurry to get somewhere and wound up going to Walmart anyway. At least they seem to know their own hours.

I was impressed at how many name brands they carry. Such as New Balance, Hoka, Sketchers, Asics, Nike, Birkenstocks, Timberlands, just to name a few. All at a very reasonable price. A well lit store with wide aisles and plenty of benches makes this a pleasant experience to purchase a pair of shoes. They also have a limited selection of various t shirts, bags, socks and tumblers with a small accessory section. The associates were all very nice and helpful. Definitely worth checking out.
