I am more of an online shopper kinda gal, but visiting this Old Navy reminded me why I used to like shopping at stores! First of all, this location is conveniently located in the Quarry Center, which has plenty of parking. The store was super clean and everything was impeccable. I was really surprised at how organized everything looked. On top of that, I was shocked at how much inventory they had! Men's clothes, women's clothes, shoes, purses, you name! But just when I thought they had it all... baby boy clothes was nowhere to be found! I have a 12 month old boy and frankly was shocked at what little choices they had for baby boys. I think I saw a handful of things on his size, which was kinda disappointing. Anyhow! I am not shocked since I see this at almost every store. The staff was super nice and helpful at checkout. Will definitely be coming back when we need new clothes for my boy. read more

They sell Stranger Things stuff now. That's cool? I couldn't decide between two Hawaiian shirts that were both fighting over my love, so I got two soft polos instead (pictured; cat not included). Most cashiers are really nice and polite but when it comes to applying Old Navy cash, things always get messed up. I was overcharged, went to dispute and the coked up manager said he was doing me a favor. I ended up paying what I was initially supposed to. Oh and they took another $30 ON cash away from me. They might have to retrain. read more

We went to another location earlier in the week and they did not have as much selection as this one. This is my favorite location to shop at. There is always a line but the store is never understaffed. This location is in between a Micheals and the corner barley. There is always plenty of parking here. They always have greats deals and a coupon out. The selection is wide and diverse when it comes to styles and sizes. Their store is always clean and for the most part organized. read more

Been shopping for the last 45 minutes, 8:48, I go to try on two pair of pants and check out but was told the fitting rooms are closed for the night. Seriously! It's not like they are cleaned, they are so dirty anyway. If you are going to close them, at least clean them. I left without purchasing anything. All but one door was locked. Poor customer service. We own business' (3 to be exact). We do not even start closing until closing time. Nothing says, we don't want your business like closing before closing time. read more

Located in the Quarry, this is not a naval supply store. They sell clothes. The clothes here seem to be mainly disheveled. It looks like a five year old when running amok through the store messing up the clothes. Seeing the clientele, that's probably what happened. Kinds run wild in this store. The check out line was loooong, but moved quickly. The staff was mainly friendly, but non-existent on the sales floor to answer any questions. Am I the only one that's creeped out by the mannequins? They have a giant creepy smile that scares me. I really don't like coming here, but their flip flops are so cheap... There's lots and lots of parking. It's easy to get in, and more importantly, it's easy to get out of. Hence the extra star. read more

Called this Old Navy because when I went online to shop for boys pants, same day delivery was available for this location. I called the store to confirm they had the pants in stock so they could be tried on before purchasing, and spoke with a very nice girl who said was only one more pair in black left, and she would hold them for me. Since it was already late in the day, I told her I wouldn't be able to make it until the next day. She said she would hold them no problem. There is another old navy that is located much closer to me, but since she was kind enough to find the items and hold them for me, I drove all the way to the quarry only to be told when I got there that they don't hold merchandice overnight! My fault for not asking what her name was. Going back to ordering online from now on. This old navy is just like every other Old Navy. If you seen one, you've seen them all. read more

It really depends on what time of the day or night you decide to visit the store. I've been twice, the first time I felt like I was just blatantly being followed by one of their undercover LP employees. It wasn't hard to tell you work there sir, you've been holding/looking at the same shirt for 10 minutes and looking in every direction except for the shirt itself. Mind you, I a have an Old Navy account so I guess he may have just been suspicious of everybody that day and I'm being overly sensitive. Still though, that was obnoxious. On the other hand, my visit last night (about 8:20pm) was very pleasant and I got everything I needed. Everyone is generally friendly, not overly chatty which is nice. And they don't come around asking if you need help every 2 minutes. The location is nice, right next to a few other popular stores and I can usually find the right sizes and styles I'm looking for. As for the quality of the clothing itself, I feel like you kinda get what you pay for. To be honest, I've always considered Old Navy clothes to be "throw-away" clothes (not to be rude or anything) used simply for utility or for a quick outfit you need in a hurry because the quality of the stitching and fabric is not all that great. Things tend to fall apart faster than clothes of other, higher quality brands. Yet still, I can't think of how many times ON has saved me on out-of-town trips when I forgot to pack a thing or two! Best location I've visited in San Antonio. Old Navy is a staple in my kids' closets, so I love when I find a good location stocked in all of their sizes consistently. There's always a sale going on so I never pay full price. Super helpful since their growing never seems to cease! I have girls and boys and never have problems find clothes for all of them here. Staff is always friendly and happy to check the back for items if I can't find them in the front. Military discount is another plus! My favorite thing about this place: their return policy. I admit I quite often end up returning or exchanging my purchases and this store is the most accommodating of my "habits" that I have found. They never give me any trouble. If I can't find the reciept... no big deal! If it's been over 30 or 60 or whatever ridiculous limit other stores have... no big deal! They don't deny a return or only give me store credit or anything like that. They even overrode the system or something in order to give me my money back in person instead of having it mailed to me. I believe the ease in which I am able to return things here alone has earned them a 5. Oh yeah, and I think their clothing as well as prices are pretty darn awesome! read more

I use to buy 60% of my wardrobe from ON back in high school. I guess its been some time since I've visited. The store is remodeled, seemed to lose quantity and it appears they lost quality as well. Maybe if I was a size 7 I wouldn't mind tight clothes but I'm not. A 12 was a 12, not a 10 like ON is nowadays. The stitching is cheap and the fabric is just as cheap. I bought a sweater and a dress and had to patch both items up after the first outting. That's just not right. read more

Im not going to talk about the clothes, but the store itself. I have worked here before and I know how things are supposed to look and be set up. Whenever I usually go in now, its very messy. Especially on the weekends. I know it can be hard to clean with all those people but its been messy even when they aren't busy. I do like how the store looks ever since they remodeled. Its easy to find where the sections of the store are and to locate dressing rooms. Overall this store is okay to shop at because it's close to me. If i can, I would prefer to drive to the Rim and go shop over there. read more

After Christmas sale, with up to 75% off, 50% off jeans and only two employees working the whole store! Are you kidding me!?

This store takes the shopping experience and absolutely demolishes it. Among its many problems: Dirty - this store well maintained. Space - moving around in the store is really uncomfortable - as the shelves and displays are just way too close to each other. When you add people to the mix, it becomes frustrating and unbearable. Music - their music is so loud that you end up not being able to hear people next to you talk. This is a problem when checking out too. Additionally, their selection ranged from irritatingly bad synth pop to just outright garbage. Security system - their anti-theft system at each checkout contains a pad that the cashiers put clothes on to disable the alarm when you go out the front door. Theses cashiers leave clothes on these devices too long - as a high-pitched whine is emitted the whole time. Multiply this times give or so cashiers and it becomes insanity. They seem oblivious to the effect it's having on their customers, which is equally frustrating. All in all, what a horrible place. Last time for me and my family. read more
