I came here before Christmas to do some shopping and have been shopping at this location for about 10 years. This location has plenty of parking and space to roam around inside,I never felt like it was crowded or the lines were too long. They have a lot of good deals and also mark downs on clothes for kids and adults. The service was good and we got to check out pretty quick, I would definitely recommend this location. read more

I typically make my rounds into Old Navy maybe 2-3 times per year. I do, indeed, come home with some items, but more for my kiddos rather than myself. I do think they have a nice selection for children, but I haven't had the best luck finding stuff for myself. I'm not sure if it's the style, but I know for a fact, the "fit" just doesn't work for me. They have great deals on women's jeans, but literally every pair I have tried on just doesn't work for my thick thighs. *sad story* I really wish they make more "curvy" geared bottoms. Maybe they do and I just haven't found them. Anyways, this store is a 3/5 for me. This takes into account clothing selection, as well as the "neatness" of the store. read more

So I have not shopped at Old Navy in quite some time just because I have been getting my clothes at Torrid (they have got the best work pants *Studio Signature Ponte Stretch Trouser* I have ever found!) or Lane Bryant (love the cotton full brief panties which don't roll down on me!). I have their credit card but have not used it in about 5 years. Casually went online to check out some deals and saw a pair of jeans for $15. I have to admit, I was worried if I'd drive all the way up there and not see any but their website actually assists with letting you know whether that is in stock. It was! I drove up to Sanford and wandered around before locating the jeans which I had hoped to find. Their fit was great (I had to buy them in a tall even though I am a regular but I like the scrunched look around my ankles). The place was a mad house because they had some incredible specials going on for the holidays but all I wanted was one pair of jeans so I made the long line, got my credit card reactivated (yes, I plan to check out more of their stuff now that I know they carry my size) and wore my very comfy jeans out and about today. I am giving this location 3 stars not because of the store itself but because of customer service. I am a fan of Old Navy, they always have great sales and if you have any of their coupons you can end up saving a lot. I came to this location because I had received a email about the current special they had and wanted to get some new tops. I had to walk around the store for a good 15-20 mins before finding someone to help me find the tops I was looking for. When I got to the checkout line, I noticed that some of the items I picked had a different price than what was advertised online. I told the cashier the prices were different to which she answered they don't adjust in store prices to online prices. The issue I had with that statement is that I used to work for the Gap and we did adjust the prices. Needless to say I ended up leaving some of the items. I love Old Navy. The fashion that they provide is right up my ally as I love to look effortlessly cute. The items they sell are mostly casual-cute but could also be used for business casual atmosphere as well. Old Navy also has a great customer rewards program. I receive emails weekly for different promotions that they are having or different percentages or dollars off any purchase. Each location I've ever visited is normally very similar to all the others and this particular location is no exception. It is located in a plaza not too far from two I4 exits making it pretty accessible to those needing to stop in. This location was very neat and all items were fully stocked and easy to find. My favorite section of any Old Navy location is the CLEARANCE section lol, which can sometimes be very unorganized and messy. But not here, everything was well organized by size just the way I like it I don't have much to say about the employees because no one there offered to assist me during my visit, but I didn't mind because Im a well versed Old Navy shopper and I know my way around. I have been coming to this location occasionally for a few years now. I usually come when they have back to school sales or holiday sales. However, I got an email yesterday saying adult jeans were on sale for $10! That's a pretty good deal, especially if you're a curvier girl like I am. I've been wearing old navy jeans for years because I like that they have short lengths (I'm 5'6" but must have short legs because jeans always feel too long on me). I did find a great pair yesterday, and their jeans and sales are the reason I gave 3 stars. I took away 1 star because it was super messy in there. There was no rhyme or reason to what sizes were where and it just felt like being at a garage sale or thrift store. The other star I took away was because of customer service. The girl who finally helped me was super nice but the line was too long because there weren't enough cashiers working. If you have a sale where jeans are only $10 and it's 30% off basically everything else in the store, you should really staff up. read more

I wasn't impressed the front of the store looks really nice but as you walk to the 2nd area of the women's section it's very congested. Maybe is because they've added a plus size section but it wasn't neat or easy to walk through. The clearance section I was told was in 3 separate locations which made it a little difficult to find sizes. The bathroom cleanliness was not the greatest either. I drove out to this store because I was told on the phone that they had a maternity section. I remember five years ago when I was pregnant with my son that Old Navy had a great, and reasonably priced, maternity section. What they have now in comparison is awful. There is one tiny section in the back that is totally picked over. If you're an XS or XXL you may find something but I'm pretty average so it was slim pickins. I even looked through their boys section for my son and found that just as picked over. Even the regular ladies section looked unstocked and in disarray. And this was a weekday morning, not like they'd had a big rush. The employees were all pretty friendly though, and asked if I was finding what I needed. I told them each time they asked that, no, actually I wasn't finding anything. Too bad, no matter how great the customer service is without product there is no use in me shopping here. The whole store looked worn with dirty floors and chipped paint. Maybe Old Navy will give this store a little facelift, until then I won't be back. read more

Nice location, pretty well stocked with various sizes even though it is only 2 days after Christmas. Everything was orderly & neat too, which was pretty surprising, considering. Huge sales with every item marked down with some discount & I purchased pajama bottoms, a pair of leggings, tight rock star skinny jeans, 2 sweaters, & a shirt for $55 since I had Old Navy rewards. If you don't have the credit card & you shop there often, I highly recommend getting one because the rewards are awesome!! My mom was impressed the amount I got for the price! The line was a little long but moved rapidly & the cashier was extremely sweet & courteous. Went to this location as a new resident in the area and had to leave after noticing every section is a total mess! You can't find the size you are looking for because it's either mixed with others or just when you think you found your size, it has dirt and dust all over it. Can't find help since all the employees do is just look at you to see if you are stealing from them and don't bother to ask if you need any help. As a Old Navy customer since day one I give this location the lowest rating you can give and as a NYC ex resident their stores are much cleaner and neat! read more

While the staff is generally helpful, I always find the racks and displays to be an absolute mess. Unless you are looking for a size small, you'll rarely find anything either. I avoid this particular store especially because of the extremely rude and pushy people that shop here. read more
