The former was easy enough - got a beautiful French blue instead of the greyish-blue - but alas, the flawed golf shirt was bought more than a year ago, and I couldn't exchange it because they no longer carry it. My wife and I walked into the store about 7pm, there were 3 employees helping 1 customer, we looked around the store for about 10 minutes not once were we acknowledged. To add insult to injury 1 of the 3 employees informed her coworkers she was leaving for the night, walked right past my wife and I without so much as making eye contact, clocked out at a register and walked away.
