Oddly enough, I find myself having to come inside more often than not so I've talked to many of the employees here. For just general tasks, the front desk gets the job done (and about half the time with a smile). They aren't the fastest bunch and last time I was in, an employee asked a customer who was depositing a self proclaimed 'big check' what he did for a living. I guess this isn't a big deal for some, but I think that's infringing on the privacy of someone who might not be comfortable. Having said that, they are generally friendly and ask how my day is. Sometimes the friendliness gets in the way of speed, however, since I've never seen more than 2 people working at the desk at one time. I sat down with a personal accountant to figure out the best credit card option through the bank and not only did the employee take a personal call while I was with her, but she did not seem to be knowledgable at all about my options. After figuring that out 20 minutes later, she recommended I call customer service for more information. It's not the worst BofA branch, but they could use a little improvement.

The exterior around the building is tidy. The structure itself is well maintained. Parking is adequate directly in front of the bank. It's been years since I stepped foot in the full service bank. However, the ATM has been convenient and my new bank Bank of America covers the fee. The single ATM machine is an easy in out. My visit last month to get cash prior to a a trip was uneventful in a good way. My card work, I got the cash I requested and a receipt. It may not be a go to often, but if I'm passing any way why not.

Nevertheless, I frequent the drive thru at least once a month and never had a long wait or issues with the tellers. I have accounts set up at another location and I only come here out of convenience and it definitely serves it's purpose. It's minutes from the main highways (264 and 64) and it's right next door to a 7-11. Down the road there are several eateries and stores for shopping. But back to the credit union, I am not sure how up to date their systems are or how the inside is set up, but the drive-thru has those my first deposit boxes. Not the capsule type boxes, but those pencil/crayon box looking things. Well I can't knock them for being cost efficient if they are meeting the needs of their customers. The drive-thru is covered and there are only two lanes, which always seem to be opened. The most traffic I have seen here...two cars in each lane. But they move the line pretty swiftly. Not sure how much traffic they get inside, but maybe one day I will go check them out. Have fun :)

After covid…read moresome employees are new and some may have left and so i think they are still helpful and great customer service I have no problem with them during covid they had doors locks so i think you had to be at the door to have them let you in and had sanitize stand in front of the doors when you walk in and you use to be able to require signature after getting your desired things you need. But after well its still around but they don't require it. So nice and they drive thru is easy fast before they add the machine with no teller. Well if you want a teller than the machine will get you one. Inside is very nice and clean and spacious since they got rid of the line things I will keep coming here to do my banking.

The people are kind and helpful and with a quickness. I often blink and ask, "Are we all set?," confused as to where the time went. It was hands down one of the best bank transactions I've been a part of because she was so genuine and warm in her interactions. And she has delivered that same high level experience every day since.
