I had realized it was counterfeit because my bank wouldn't take the bill. I was advised by my bank to return it back to this bank. I went back to inform them it was counterfeit and didn't do a thing. A manager had told me there was nothing they could do since I left the bank. I had to speak with a general manager because something didn't feel right and was denied. The manager didn't tell me when the general manager would be available which tells me something was off about the whole situation. The manager I spoke to didn't even bother to tell me her name.

Which, if i saw 6+ people waiting in line....I wasted 30 min, and finally left (while I was 5th in line) bc I would've been late to work. Another reason I'm completely turned off to banking with them. I'll personally stick to the adequately staffed Wells Fargo (I always see 4-5 teller windows staffed, and 2 tellers at the drive-through).

I have been a customer for over 20 years. When I first joined, I dealt with a lady (loan officer)…read morethat eventually became a VP. I had her email (work related) I travel out of the country quite often and while out I need some direction for various transaction. She would reply to my emails within 24 hrs, each and everytime...sometimes she was able to help, other times just gave me direction, but either way...ALWAYS replied. She retired about 4 yrs ago, I then tried twice to get with another person in same capacity, explained what I was looking for and was given their email. I have reached out 5-6 times and have never once received a reply...nothing...because of this, I will be closing all my accounts gradually and bank with another institution. keep in mind 5-6 times in a 4 yr period....not a pain or repeated requests.

Providing this review based on a recent experience I've found shocking. I've had an account with…read more1st Advantage since before I could write a check, 21 years to be exact, and have always been satisfied with the level of service. I no longer live in the area and decided to try vehicle financing through 1st Advantage versus going through whomever the dealership is incentivized to use. I'm not sure of others experiences, however every purchase I've made, the lender approved and took care of things in the moment to where I'm able to leave the dealership with the vehicle in one visit. Apparently 1st advantage does not. I'm quite disappointed that in 2023 my financial institution has to mail a check across the country, with the amount of money they stand to profit in interest. How is it others can solve and provide this level of service same day? I'm uncertain the disconnect, Lisa who has been helping me has been extremely accommodating with what she can control, but I'm highly disappointed in this experience with 1st Advantage. As someone who is also in the home buyer market, I can't imagine success in this area either as a lender...

When I enter, I am greeted by my name and given the attention I need to my satisfaction. Everyone always extents courteous service and sometimes goes out of their way to help me.
