I have always worked on my fitness and what once worked was no longer yielding results. I came across Telos and decided to give their free class a try. I knew I had nothing to lose. Though I survived the class, I was worried that I reinjure myself by going to hard, too fast. I decided I needed professional help. I swallowed my pride and signed up right away. Started with 30 minute sessions twice a week and slowly built up to 3 times a week for 1 hour. After 8 weeks, I'm stronger, finally pain free, and I can do moves I have been unable to do in 8+ years! It still plan on joining the regular group classes but I am enjoying the personalized sessions. My trainer has my ability in mind and knows just how far I can go and pushes me a little further. I even signed my son up for the teen performance class and I love how it's given him more confidence in competitive swim and soccer. He feels stronger and when he plays against the "big kids", he no longer shys away. It can be scary trying new things but this gym is absolutely NOT intimidating. I love my hour in the gym because it's 1 hour I am dedicating to myself without distraction. I love that it's just me, my trainer, and good music. Everything else can wait. The best time to start good habits is yesterday, the next best time is today!

Location, location, location -- it's one of the most charming plazas in the city, so showing up for a workout here just feels good. This studio brings the full F45 energy: fast-paced, effective workouts and a genuinely welcoming community. They're also on ClassPass, which makes it easy for travelers or locals bouncing around different studios. What really stands out though is that it's more than just a workout spot -- they host community events, run clubs, and social gatherings, so the vibe is always lively and connected. Every time I've dropped in, it's been a great workout with great people. Always a good time here.

My first class was with Cameron and Micaleigh and they are easily some of the most attentive, enthusiastic, and encouraging coaches I've met. Gracyn, Marley, Cameron and Micaleigh are all patient, educated and invested not only in your progress but in your safety. As someone with previous injuries, I was hesitant to try group classes. If you share this concern, at F45 you can rest assured that every class has coaches ready and able to modify any movement/workout to ensure it is tailored to your needs/past injuries. Bottom line, whether you're looking to start your fitness journey or just join a new gym I strongly encourage you to sign up for their 7-day trial and find these coaches on the schedule!

I have been regularly attending Psychosomatic transformation Center at one location or another…read moresince 2014. Eight years ago I moved to the Grant Rd location, and I n that time the space has changed quite a bit. Initially, it was high intensity interval training classes, which were about 20 people per class, and a separate private training area. Then the COVID-19 pandemic , and the private training space went away. The gyms' focus has shifted to more individual focus training in smaller weight classes. They rebranded the HIIT classes into a cardio /weight based class that's available now. From the time I originally moved to the gym the space was primarily an open area for HIIT group classes, but now it's carved out more so for individual training and just a quarter of the space being used for this cardio weight class. I go to a weights class to strengthen muscle groups three times a week and the other days Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday is this cardio weight combo class. Wednesdays has become a balance focused day, which provides something new to increase flexibility in addition to strength. I myself am not very flexible, so I can't do flexibility and weights quite yet. Much of the communication is on Facebook page groups. So for a new person wanting to check out the gym it's a little tricky. Hours aren't posted in a public space, plus the construction on Grant Road right now makes it tricky to get in and out of the parking lot. There's no signage on the door. It seems many of the newer students came through word-of-mouth of existing clients. Psychosomatic Transformation Center also offers protein powders, and supplements to enhance your fitness journey. In the weeks to come, they're going to be offering peptides as they're working with a physician to prescribe those. Basically the gym is evolving to meet our needs. Private training is available. Also, one of the private trainer works with high school students in strength, training and agility for track and field. I'm part of a fitness family and have a good time.

They sell it as this is a last resort for you to lose weight. You can easily join any gym who has strength training classes and get the same results. I did it before I moved here last year and I lost 42 lb and was on a low carb. This gym just babysits you basically to get results and and hold your feet to the fire or if not, if you can't commit to their timely challenge, then you'll lose your $500. It only be worth it if you can really do it, meaning that you have no other obligations that will interfere with going there 5 times a week. So if you need childcare forget it. Don't do it because they don't have it. Honestly this is an overpriced gym. This gym doesn't have to buy workout machines so there's no maintenance on that equipment or the manpower and extra supplies to wipe down all that machinery so I don't know why there Elite memberships are so damn expensive. It's ridiculous. On top of that during their membership drives they blocked a lot of people from commenting about the way they do things, to include the fact about the up front $497. What kind of company blocks other people from reviewing their company. If you're really THAT good, then you would STAND by your name and fight for your gym. You don't so I'm posting my review from my experience everywhere.

I didn't necessarily mind paying for the classes because in comparison to CrossFit etc it is reasonably priced but that should have been disclosed prior to signing up for a "free" challenge.
