After trying different shops and repeatedly being discouraged my son told me to go to red Star. I'm so happy I did. Delaney was very helpful! She actually picked out a flavor that I liked and I came back to her a second time for her to recommend another flavor. Everybody in the shop is very nice and helpful but hands-down Delaney was the best with picking out flavors! I had spent $70 there previously and was not happy with any of my flavors. I found myself having to do a road search for a vape shop. My usual place was closed without a notice that day and I was now across town. I had no idea where to go so I did a search of nearest shops. Which I am always weary of new shops I am not familiar with as it feels like a gamble that is not in my favor. So I found Red Star vapes after a few google u-turns of course and tried these guys out. The shoo is comfortable and pleasant. The service was fast and helpful. I wasn't used to their menu however the assistant was helpful and kind. After a few questions we narrowed me down to what in used to and I made my purchase. Tried the Unicon Dream. He flavor was great and the police was excellent. I have no complaints at all. My go to vape shop! Everyone is always so friendly, and they have the best banana cream pie vape juice around. I only wish it was a bit cheaper, soon I'll have to switch to buying only online. I purchased a pen that cost me $30 from this location. The vape pen stopped working the next day for no reason . No damage nothing ! My pen was charged and still completely full with juice. I went back to the vape shop the next morning and the manager of this location basically told me once I leave the shop they're not liable for any of their products sold. The manager was very rude unwilling to help. Did not attempt to assist basically told me I was SOL. I then asked to speak to his boss and he advised me that the owner of this location will also tell me the same policy and he refused to give me the next level up information . I provided the store, a lot of business and would go to this location on a frequent basis. They have zero customer service and all they care about is making money and not providing support. I go to sticky's now which is down the street and have been provided amazing customer service and their return policy is to help the customer not kick them out of the store! These people are really nice, and the shop has a great selection, but the last two times I've gone in EVERY Customer has been wearing a mask, and the employees have not been. One would think that you would want your customers to feel comfortable and safe, even if it's not a concern for you. We went in to buy a Puff Bar. The first one had completely leaked out into the packaging. We went back and were told we could exchange for another one, which was kind as they said they usually do not do this since we left the property.
