I attempted to call & text him many times. He ghosted me for several months. Then he returned my call and agreed to pay me back my partial payment. Then he ghosted me again, failed to pay me my $4000. I had to get a police officer to visit him, and he said he was not going to give me back my money. He is now ghosting me again. He is forcing me to take him to Small Claims Court, Which I will. I am sorry about the weather, but when he had too much work to do, he failed me, is trying to keep my money, and I no longer trust him. I don't want my house painted next year, when he most likely will be backed up again. Now, His web page says he is permanently closed. I no longer can trust him.
