Have called several times, at one point reached them and said we were "still on the list" at the end of the summer, but haven't received a call back since. It was a small job (compared to our larger, pricer job in the past) but every customer should be treated as if they are important, and a call to say they ran out of time would have sufficed. I would not recommend them, I don't know if they are too busy or just don't value the small jobs.

The day of the appointment they had a cancellation and I received a phone call and they came earlier than the scheduled appointment which was great. They put in a new sillcock, hooked up by new fridge with a water supply, repaired several leaking valves and repaired a problem kitchen faucet and sprayer.
