From the managers down to the tellers- I feel at home whenever I visit this branch. They are not only friendly and remember you aa a customer, but regardless of my financial needs they have been able to help me with my needs- from traveling in Africa to closing and opening accounts and using their app for paying bills. I've walked into other bank branches only to see they were short on tellers and had a winding line of clients. NOT HERE! Whether you see a teller or one of the managers, your wait is brief. She helped process my request for a credit card and helped me with an online banking issue. I have a feeling she's been with ECU for a while because she really seems to know what she's talking about. I recently moved from Harris Bank, who I had been with since I was 14 and I have to say, I"m really happy with the change. I feel like they look at you as a customer and a person, not as much of a random number. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a small bank feel but with great interest rates and services.
